Hey alex, got a serious question I recently just became a owner of a car club that my mate didn’t want to put anymore effort into… with over 600 members here in Australia Any tips on how to keep this club alive? I plan cruises as often as I can yet I don’t have a strong enough team that I trust yet and I don’t know how to start a small meet without bringing the wrong crowd 😅
Congratulations on the car club!! If it has a social media page or group, post consistently within it to keep your members engaged. Do small cruises or hangouts with people in the group and post about it! Find a few people that you trust to help you out. Start off small, don't get in over your head and jump feet first. Consistency is key, and engagement is going to be your biggest pull within your club. PS. Appreciate the comment as always!
