Congrats on starting a consistent running journey. It's so rewarding. I have been running off and on my whole life (competitive and recreational). However, I have been out of consistent running for the last few years. I signed up for my first postpartum marathon this Fall. I'm nervous but determined.
Have someone else do what you can. You can wash the laundry if you have someone clean the house. It is easier to make your bed when the rest of the room is clean.
