My dads passing was very quick and tragic too. The grief is almost unbearable. I cry everyday and am going through the angry stage now too. Your dad would be so proud of you and everything you are. hey dear sharon, oh you did pop up in my mind as i could imagine that you know the pain that i am feeling and holding. i believe that there are stages but we do transition back and forth through them as i believe grief is lifelong - something that will grow with us as we continue to adapt into this new reality! im sure your dad would be proud too and would be enjoying your videos too and your beautiful energy xxx

I get the shock is what it hurts the most. I send you big hugs and pray for you to get well over this experience. Nothing compares to loosing your first parent because our parents are the person's we know for the longest time in our lives. We will never be the same but we'll outgrow from this experience.nBut is s true to let yourself grieve , that helps a lot . Yes reading is amazing. I love you decorate for Easter. I did not realized Catholic Easter is coming so soon ( I am an Orthodox). Have a blessed brand new week again and much power. Hugs 🤗

hi dear thank you so much for your words and for sharing too about your loss. im sure your grandmother is still looking out for you and she is so proud of your becoming. grief lives with us even if many years pass, thats what i have learnt through my work on grief with clients and now as i embark on my own grief journey i can see how everyday is a challenge yet at the end of the day i am grateful that i survived another day. i miss him everyday and i will keep talking about him for sure!
