Creation club should contain paid good quality frameworks for creators and players. For example, a base for vehicles. Base for supply lines using railways etc. And not some shitty skins that don't contribute anything and shitty quality weapons with a cringe "story" on a pip-boy told by dead npcs.
Sorry, I was so overwhelmed by the reasoning that there are such idiots behind such an awesome world now,
who don't even stick to the pillars that Fallout is a game about rebuilding civilization. Not stagnation.
