Congratulations, I wanted to say thanks for your amazing content I was able to gut and remodel my 1970s bathroom and make it look sleek and modern. I'm going to be rejoining as a member on the other channel had to drop for a bit and will try to share some pics on the forum.
Hopefully you see this comment ! I live in Ontario and have this exact same style of house except my addition is in a different place . I’m looking for a few pointers to help me out with my own renovations, it’s hard to find someone who has knowledge about these very old houses .

What is the purpose of real estate agents in states (or countries) that require lawyers when buying, selling real estate. They barely have a purpose in states where they handle the paperwork.

My husband and I are both 29. I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time. I took your advice about buying a home and remodeling and having confidence to do it. We bought my grandparents home after they passed. It was kind of sad time, but no one else in the family wanted it. We’ve put in tons of work and have lived in a war zone for about 6 months. But we’re finally done. It’s beautiful. I feel somewhat how you feel. It feels good to put your own stamp on a home. Also, we have $100,000 in equity 😳❤️ thank you for helping me through this. My wife and I bought our first house in May. I've already built a fourth bedroom, and have plans stretching out over the next 3 to 4 years to completely transform our 2700sf house into something amazing.
