- I got my laptop on the 9th of August 2022! And within 25 days there were issues with the track pad. It wasn't responding to inputs.
I did a hardware check using the Dell app, which then created a complaint about the issue with DELL!
I am happy that Dell responded quickly to my problem and everything was fixed free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised with the time frame in which all of this happened.
I still think that Dell should look into the quality of such parts which are extremely important to the basic function of a laptop.
Lenovo bro, especially in India.
The Chinese band tag was a deal breaker for me
@@butimjeremy Yeah... But when most internal parts of every laptop are made in China, then I found no difference, except price. 🙈

So other than this malfunction there are no issues with the laptop. I've been using it since 9th August.
It's possible that what happened to me was a one of situation.

I don't think so! This is the Inspiron series.
Actually I buy this laptop 20 days ago.. And I have the same issue.. And I call customer care and they are agree for replacement and also dealer is ready for giving new laptop.. Should I bought it again or go with another cause in 20 days of use I face audio issue track pad issue and low battery backup issue.
Can u please tell how you deal with it you replaced it or go with repair please tell 🙏
I haven't faced any issues after they replaced the track pad.
My battery back up is fine, but I've try not to charge it upto 100% and then use it completely...that puts alot of load on the cells.
See what apps you using and come to average life...then you'll know if it's the laptop...or just your particular use conditions

@@clintsride HP the physical hardware is not sturdy like Dell - Lenovo - Asus. There's alot of flex.
And my friends have told me over time the get slower ( this can happen to any laptop)
Lenovo and Asus both have good specifications but somewhere or the other they cut. In my experience they have good RAM... processor... GPU...but then screen tecnology is old...so check the combination of all and then buy

@@clintsride yeah! See which combination works for you. Because I did have the option to get the Ryzen 5 with 6 cores on the MSI! But then service was going to be a issue. So see what works for you

Running on battery 🔋 Web browsing will let you go for 3hrs...
But I use it for video editing and heavy tasks. Also I use the battery between 20% - 80%
I never charge full

Actually I have also gone through this problem but they have replaced the trackpad and I thought issue wil not come again but after 7 months when I have update the windows update the problem arise again so have u experiencing the same
