that is a library?
You CAN take the red skull. On one of the huge bookshelves, in the hall, on the 2nd floor, there is a green book. If you vacuum it, you will find an electric generator and a locked gate. Shoot the generator with a rail cannon, do a thing (you'll understand what to do). After you do a thing, the gate unlocks. You can get the red skull, go through the gate, and get into the pond room. You can now go to the big door behind the waterfall, and maybe, maybe, size 2 awaits behind it.

Wait WHAT!? I just went out the red skull door to get the checkpoint, then went back, picked up the skull and reloaded the checkpoint.

I hated 7-S because i used the screwdriver on the mindflayer….
Took around 20 minutes just to clean up the blood splattered everywhere just in the main hall. Never again
It is a funny concept to be fair, the more advanced and messy techniques force you to clean more...
The games just like: you made the mess, now fix it.
Why is everyone wildin about the mindflayer /:
@@PhotonZXYthe screwdriver stops mindflayers from teleporting. The screwdriver also extends how far blood splatters. Blood goes everywhere and now there's a lot more mess than if you didn't use the screwdriver.

As a janitor, I am very happy that Hakita decided to add this level, it helps show how really painful it can be to think you're done cleaning and remember that you forgot an entire room.

I love how the game in this secret just tells you: “You’ve made enough mess, I’m done cleaning up after you for the next player. Clean it all. The walls, the ceiling.. I don’t want to see anything left behind!”

I find it funny that Merg never tried to push the litter down the pool drain. Usually I like to credit my discovery of stuff like this due to years of playing puzzle games and getting used to outside the box thinking, but honestly I discovered it because it's exactly what I do while cleaning my kitchen sink irl, and I was surprised that it worked

The way to get the red skull there is through a green book in one of the bookshelves you have to push it with the vacuum cleaner.
Also they added a new alternate weapon in 7-2 and there was a secret boss in 7-1 that you missed in your original playthrough

check the level 7-2 and look for buttons similar to the ones you had to get for the alternative revolver
there are also 2 more red variations for the shotgun and nailgun in the shop

35:10 Despite what it may seem, P-2 isn't just enemy spam, that level alone took 6 months to be created and balanced to be difficult and fair, to be honest there are zero enemy encounters in ULTRAKILL that are just enemy spam, every single one of them is meant to challenge you in a unique way, and that counting arena design, enemy placements and hazards.
I have played quite a bit of fanmade custom levels, including some pretty bad ones, and lemme tell you, when the creator of the level is just spamming enemies with no purpose, it is really apparent that they don't know what they're doing, each encounter feels meaningless, but no enemy encounter in the official game feels like that, each room and encounter is designed to be fair and still be a new challenge, including the more difficult ones.

New Ultrakill update is crazy.
The new weapons are absolutely fantastic. The new alternate has damage based on momentum, and it's so fun to just plummet down to the ground and slam on an enemy and get launched back up into the air like it's a pogo stick
Am I stupid or is their just 3 weapons (the fire starter, sawedon shotgun, and electric mini gun thing)

This video reminded me to finally check out the very first ULTRAKILL video that Merg made, since it was unavailable to me at the time of the upload (and now that I've watched it, I think I know why... It has a section where music was cut out, meaning some copyright BS was involved)

fun fact: with the new core eject jackhammer, you can hit the core projectile with the hammer and then knock it into a coin
so now theres a (another?) way to get homing explosions

there is away to get the red skull into the area with the waterfall. there is a green book in a bookshelf that can be pushed with the vacuum that then allows you to get the red skull to the waterfall after you suck up all of the ghosts

🎉Yay!!! I'm so happy Merg played Powerwash Simulator!!! It's one of my all time favorites!!! Surprising that it's new update has some much blood, but it's fine 😊
It does not escape me that you enter the level by provoking a streetcleaner.
Then you become the streetcleaner.
There is actually a way to get the red skull down that cavern. Entering cheat mode also completely unloads it, which is funny. I won't spoil what to do (even though people already have), but in order to start off, look around on the upper floor library. It took me a bit to figure out what to do, so good luck.
When I played this level I had no idea about the trash bins so I just threw everything that could not be vacuumed into the void
there are 2 ways of getting the red skull to the door, both of which are so weird that i feel like you would have to think and look around for hours, so im gonna spoil them:
1. slam storage to one of the corners from the outside and right at the invisible ceiling there is a collisionless wall, you have to go through it, try not to fall out and grapple the skull and then go back out to the outside area.
2. get the checkpoint outside, grab the skull and reload to checkpoint. yes, its that simple.
also, if you activate cheats the tunnel disappears (the secret itself disappears too) so dont do it.
edit: i just noticed another comment that talked about the intended way to do it, i feel stupid

You should make another video trying out the new shotgun and nailgun variants and getting the new alt shotgun, I really enjoy your Ultrakill content.
Brutal difficulty has some FUN changes to the enemies btw. Might wanna check it out ;)
Also this level is an OCD nightmare ;-;
And there are apparently alt shotguns so might wanna check that
