Hahah, I seem to have followed the same path as several others to find the original version- the new version is okay, but this one has nostalgia on its side, and I enjoy it quite a bit more.
Awesome song...remember it playing during the '94 playoffs, the year the Rangers, with a hand from Bettman (a new yorker) won the cup. The new version of this song is a disaster. Just wish there was the video attached to it. Hate the Leafs but hated them at lot less at the Gardens...and when Linden and McLean and Bure were beating up on them in the mid 90s.
