Moyes Gecko Stanwell test fly day.

- With a gaggle of gecko's to fly we headed off to Stanwell tops to get some test flying in and prepare the gliders for shipping across the pond, join along for the sights and sounds of a rather cloudy but beautiful test flying day here in Australia

gecko is definitely my dream glider. couple guys at my local club have them and they are beautiful. at the moment tho im quite happy on a simple single surface

cheers mate, enjoying shooting with the g85. Have found a follow focus system I'm going to try and print, would like to setup a hand held rig with external monitor and stuff. its nice having hobbie aside from flying! also looking to maybe fit some canon glass with a metabones speed booster
you got one too? awesome. would love to have the 85 instead of the 80 to be able to go past 30min recording time. I've used a smallHD 7inch that i had laying around and found it cool for certain things but for the vast majority of times it's too much faf. isn't the 5axis stabilization amazing? :O
Ahh no you're right, i have the g80. i always get mixed up between the 2! it must be just a software hack? because apparently its just limited to 30mins so that it id a digital camera and not a video camera for taxation reasons? i rarely shoot over a few minuets though so it i haven't really even thought about it...
For sure the 5 Axis stabilization was the main reason i bought this camera, being able to combine the lens and body stabilization just makes for much much better footage, especially when hand held walking and Vlogging. enjoying the learning curve with filming and just want to do more!

We measure trim at all VG settings. Air speeds in certain angles of bank with altering VG settings. Stall characteristics roll reversal speeds and top speeds, as well as general handling and conformity to specifications. Each one is recorded and kept on file. :)
