If you want one of the most amazing racks of lamb, the Pit Barrel Cooker or PBC is the way to go. The Pit Barrel Cooker produces the best rack of lamb you'll ever have.
The crust that the lamb gets when its smoked on the PBC is incredible. You wont have any reason to sear the lamb when it comes of the Pit Barrel Cooker.
I show you a great seasoning recipe that goes so well with lamb. The other great thing about smoking a rack of lamb on the PBC is how quick it cooks. This is a 45 minute cook.

I believe what you have done is create rack of lamb lollipops. Rack of lamb is delicious with a glass of Syrah wine. Nice presentation you created.
Thank you very much. Yes these are definitely more like lamb lollipops, absolutely delicious
I knew id love this channel when I saw you food prep in the same space as your automotive tools.
Haha thank you, I actually just got my new studio set up to film in but im hoping to get back out in the garage once the weather warms up
Looks great! I’m new to PBC cooking and always looking for new things to try. Thanks for posting!
Thank you. The PBC is so versatile you wont have trouble finding new stuff to cook on it. But definitely give the lamb a try, you wont regret it.
I don’t have a PBC, but I have a WSM with a hanger kit and I want to give lamb a try. What temp did you cook this at? Don’t PBC run at around 250-275 degrees?
Correct, they run around 250-275
When you let it rest for 20 minutes, did you simply put a aluminum foil tent over it, not wrapped up tightly? Thx!
Yeah I just put a foil tent over it. thanks for the comment
It doesn’t look that good bro
