The lakers are the #5 seed in a stacked western conference, and the Bucks have made an impressive comeback considering their start to the season. Although there are certainly teams that are better than those two, I wouldn't count out the Lakers nor the Bucks in a seven game series. The caliber of superstar players on these teams rise to the occasion in the playoffs.
