How come when the defence lose an objection, if they try to argue it further they get a dressing down, sometimes in front of the jury.
But when Miss Love, on the extremely rare occasion she looses an objection, she can continue arguing for sometimes 30 to 40 minutes, and sometimes actually wear the judge down so much he gives in and changes his mind. I think that last sentence is the why, but it comes accross so biased, rude, disrespectful, argumentative and wrong. If there is a conviction, and if this judge/ prosecutor "team" are not removed prior, and assuming we ever get to a stage the jury could get the case (ive no idea how many if any alternates we have left + 9 months min to go) if theres a conviction, imo, there are literally a huge amount of issues this case WILL be overturned. I dont think we will even get that far to be honest.
