Thanks for your share of video repairing Dell LCD. My Dell LCD U3415W start with hortizontal line issue, and end up with black ( blank ) screen. Wait for a period of time, with HDMI cable unplug, it back to normal, but turn black screen again after period of time. Checked the power supply and main board, from the apperance, it iseems the capacitors are OK. Ordered a MESR100 meter for checking capacitor in circuit. From your experience, is the problem related with the capacitor ? Which one ? Thanks for your help in advance

@@mbtechnology134 thanks! i will never buy again a dell product.. it seems it has a life span of 5 years or less.. 2 of my friends bought the same model with a MFG year of 2016.. all of our dell monitors have problems today.. this model ain't cheap so it sucks that I'm experiencing this problem now.. :(

I just bought a new main board but I still have the same problem I will have vertical lines that will appear and disappear. And I hear a lil buzzing sound that comes and goes with the lines
What color lines? I sometimes have a light blue vertical line, that pops up. Always the same color, and always the exact same spot. Often it's gone when I turn on the LCD conditioning for a while.

He eliminado este condensador smd y no he puesto otro y el monitor funciona perfectamente.
I had same issue I replaced same capacitor with 50volt 10 microf smd it powered on working fine hope this helps
