You could say that's just because she owes him for saving her, when there was no reason to. There have been no professions of undying love, which would be out of character for both of them anyway. Neither is good at talking about those kinds of feelings.
Here's my idea (and it won't happen on the show). Keegan is a really good singer. Do you happen to know "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered"? I think that's their song. Or at least the song she could use to express how she feels. What cannot be said can be sung. (Beaumarchais said so).
Cares about him then later love she was right Turner would never leave them behind ever Duela owed him but she also is seeing him as more than a friend she didn't even bother to steal anything while she was in Wayne Manor either just all she could think about was getting Turner back
@@shadowspidey7327 But now that he's back, he had to go to her. She can't be sure he feels the same way. Shyness isn't really something you'd associate with her, but she looked almost bashful as he untangled her explosives. (An important step in any relationship, I'm sure you agree--right up there with pinning on the corsage).
He can't be blind to the fact she's flirting with him, but he still assumed she had a hidden agenda for going in there with the others. He doesn't know yet how she reacted to him being captured. She was going to tell him, and here comes the plot complication, and Turner's incommunicado once again.
Just two more eps. And the ratings tied the all-time low. So.........

Leaving aside Duela's angst over Turner, this is a nice instance of the writers finding ways for the team to blend all their varied talents to solve a problem, while dealing with their differing agendas and personality traits, working out compromises. Nobody is right all the time on this show. Everybody matters.
Duela cares about Turner more than anything.
“Sharper” Sounds good to me. For Duela and Turner I think “Tuela” or maybe “Durner”. Anyone else have any ideas?
Oh GOD she actually admitted it she might actually have a thing for Turner love even but on his side of love it’s either duela or Stephanie LOVE TRIANGLE ❤️
After seeing this episode and the episode 10 promo, I am not looking forward to these love triangles (The Cullen Siblings and Stephanie too). So cliche. Superhero teams do not need this among each other.
@@anthonysanchez5651 Says not one Teen Titans fan ever, and I don't mean the cartoons or the crap live action series. I'm talking Marv Wolfman here. And I recall a lot of romantic subplots in the Avengers comics (remember Vision/Wanda/Wonderman?)
CW hero shows have always had this. What did you expect on a youth-oriented show? These are not superheroes, in any event. Batman's only superpower was that he was rich. These kids don't even have that. Just brains and guts, and yeah, gonads. I don't see the harm.
Maybe. Stephanie has made it pretty clear she has him thoroughly friendzoned, and he's increasingly into Duela. All moot if there isn't another season. I feel like it's way too soon for T&D to be a couple. Also, no cutesey couple name that's an actual word. Turnella? Nope. Duelurner? I'm stumped. Could go with the parental names. BatJoke. Kudos to Duela for Sharper, that works. There's an art to it.

@@nickanders6836 Let's just say--interesting. But there's only two eps left, Turner's dying again next one, CW is moving out of the superhero biz. If they get another season, the usual pattern, for writers despite to keep people watching, is to tease a relationship, but hold off on the consummation a while.
Duela, don't backhand Cullen in the chest; he's sensitive around that area...

Duela shows none of this anguish she feels to Turner, later, when he's dying. She makes jokes, and yes, she's brutally honest with him about his situation, but not about how it's making her feel. That's the one thing she'll lie about (leaving the cops out of it, since she'll never tell them the truth)--how she feels. Emotional honest is not her strength, because feeling things for other people terrifies her. Any kind of deep emotional response does. Not necessarily the best way to approach a new relationship. But a very interesting wrinkle for people telling stories about a relationship.
At some point, Carrie should probably tell Turner about how out of control Duela was when he was gone. He needs to know that.

YOU KNOW WHAT!!! something just hit me in the first episode when they were in the truck Duella was being all nice all of a sudden around Turner even offered him to join them in escaping and right now she just admit that she cares about him do you think it's possible this could be love at first sight that she had feelings for Turner from the very start I mean think about it curious🤨
Stephanie seems to have entirely shaken off her angst over her parents. The belfry is her escape from that world.
They have an awful lot of stories to juggle, though. It's still pretty rough. Watchable, but rough.
I should have noticed this before, but please note--"Sharper' was coined by Duela. Carrie is confused--because it never occurred to her those two might become a couple. Cullen has noticed Harper's attraction to Stephanie, but is convinced Stephanie is a straight girl, so he doesn't think it will work.
Duela is no techie, but in some respects she's the smartest person in the room--most of all about people. "Oh, I'm always watching." She saw what was happening between them. It was none of her business, she wasn't that interested in whether they got together or not, but she saw it before anyone--even Stephanie and Harper. Her only point here is that if they'd gotten their act together sooner, instead of clashing over suppressed mutual desire, they'd all be in the clear. Turner is right to say, a bit later on, that she only cares about others when there's something in it for her. Not that she's offended by that. Because there's always something in it for you to notice what's happening between people you associate with. Duh.
Might as well name the title Duela loves Turner when his throat got slit she was so scared that look on her face I though she was gonna blow everyone up right there too call Lincoln a jackass and just blow Wayne Manor to kingdom come. Good thing Electrum healed him for a bit now he's radioactive got all that radiation poising now she'll be even more worried. That kiss in the Promo with Turner and Stephanie Duela sure isn't gonna like that if she walks in on it or Harper so much for Turner being like a Brother to her that's what I saw too mostly even when fans thought they would be together before the show came out I'm thinking yeah uh guys think about it Batman's Son working with the Joker's own Daughter you really don't see it. Even after Turner and Stephanie kiss soon they'll just say let's keep being best friends you'll see. And Lincoln sure had some balls asking him to be the next Talon WTF is he for real reminds in the comics when they wanted Dick to join them I really hope Turner doesn't blame Bruce for his parents death I know in the Journal page Carrie tore out said what will happen when he founds out the truth could mean anything. His Parents could have been court members but then betrayed them like Cressida tried to do and got killed never did mention what his parents did for a living so yeah whatever got them killed must be tied to their deaths somehow also a reason why Bruce took him in

Writing a conclusion to the story we are almost certainly never getting on TV. Google "Not Offended, Duela". She cares more about Turner than ever, and she got him back. She also cares about Carrie, who went out of her way to understand her. She's only having sex with one of them, though. ;)
