Its a myth...we r mixing them for years now in palak saag, curry and bhurji...no such complain.😊
Kidney stone is because of poor nutrition. Eating animals and animal products, oil, wheat which block nutrition. Not eating sufficient fruits and salad vegetable. Stop blaming vegetables for it
@@mukta2822it's not myth. It's true. Recently I had surgery for kidney stones and doctor advised me that it would be better to avoid palak and tomato
