Loving your content and have been binging it the last week or so. Been 3D printing for a couple years and now looking to start doing some engraving and light cutting. Hopefully ordering my Bolt this week!

A much easier way to cut is to draw the box with one side where you want to cut it, select the design then (hold shift) and select the box. Go to TOOLS then select “cut shapes”….. if you are in line mode for them (switch text or all to line) it wont have them connected. If you are in Fill, the two halves will have a connecting line. After the cut change back the text to fill (if you want) Will save you 5 min.. also the further away the setting points are, the more accurate the cut will line up. What a great feature, can do a whole floor with an open frame laser 👀

Truely amazed at what the Bolt can do, information overload for myself, but you are mastering it. Cheers and have a great weekend.

This might just be the video I need to get me to purchase the bolt. I didn’t know this was possible and was wondering what to do if I end up getting a job that’s larger than the bed. Thank you for sharing, you’re the Bob Vila of the Laser World! 😊

LOL! Well, size matters. LOL. A lot of options now for the Bolt and other brands, so hopefully you will find the right size and brand of laser you need to start. Best of luck TEE!
