I'm gonna pass on the Ken amiibo, it doesn't look nearly as good as the promotional pictures, the face is kind of weird and lacks detail on many parts like the hair, face and hands. Young Link on the other side looks pretty much the same as announced.
Just use the pronunciation used by the Announcer in Smash Bros. He calls him "REE-yuu" in the game, which is the correct pronunciation.
