I just got some too but I was a bit bummed because the largest size (0) was just a hair too small four my thumb. 😞 I don't even have very large nail beds! If you do have large nail beds and are searching for duel forms, SXC brand duel forms come in 14 sizes and the largest size is bigger then my big toe!?! I don't think they make them in stiletto shape yet, though you can create the pointed shape in the form before you cure whichever adhesion method you're going with. I got mine from AliExpress by searching for "stiletto/almond duel forms" I copied the exact wording of the title for anyone wanting to find them... It's "120pcs/set False Nails Forms Mold Square Stiletto Tips Sharp End Stilettos Fake Nail UV Gel Manicure Easy Apply Salon Extension". These were the same brand as the ones on Amazon as well. Lastly, these were the cheapest ones I could find on AliExpress. How this helps someone out there 😘

I have been wanting to try acrylic but my dominant hand would be hard to sculpt at first because of my non dominant hand. I never THOUGHT about using dualforms with acrylic and slower setting monomer. Can’t believe this is the first time I saw THIS video since I watch as many from Susie as I can make time for.

You can do custom shapes with dual forms. You are creating the nail inside of the dual form and then applying it to your actual fingernail. So you can form it with a square tip or a coffin tip or oval or pointed or whatever, inside the dual form. And my cuticles always come out amazing because after I cure my polygel, I take one of these small football shaped bits in my e-file and take it down so that it's tapered to my cuticle...

I applied them with acrylic but because they were so thin I had to add acrylic to the under side of the tip. What a mess! Now that we have jelly tips I use them a lot. Dual forms come in lots of shapes! I have coffin, stiletto, square, rounded, short diamond, and I have some really long stilettos on order that I can’t wait to try!

Hey Susie, one lady from E Nail Couture told me to brush primer in the inside of the nail instead of filing or drilling...it saves the filing step. I've tried it and it works!!

Hi Suzie! Have you seen the jawbreaker or geode nail videos going around? You paint layers of nail polish and drill down, like a jawbreaker candy. Simply Nailogical just did a video on this. I would LOVE to see your take on this nail trend

feels more like polygel dual forms but for acrylics. Still prefer the gelly tips. This was a very fun video!

Stiletto dual forms are wonderful. You can also do coffin with them easily.

Omg I love how flat your nails look! I had acrylics a few months ago and the nail technician did it with huge bumps on the top and when I asked her if she could make them a bit flatter, she said it's how they're supposed to be because if you make them flat, they won't stay on your nail and I was like "uh...okay, anyways". So I ended up with overly curled nails which I personally don't really like and I just ordered those gel tips from ebay because I thought that with nail building materials you physically can't make flatter nails and I wanted to make my desired flat nails at home. 😣

I have been doing my own nails since I was 14 I had a hard time with acrylic in my youth I got really good with gel but I really like how you use acrylic under the jelly tip. I think it’s time for me to try my hand at acrylic again I might have to pick up your kit!

Hi Ryan's mom Sam here,... I asked you advice on why my nails kept popping off and you said its all about Prep so I Prepared them properly and it's been over a week and none have popped off and I'm super chuffed with them they are pink and sparkly if I didn't know other wise they look like press on wish I could send you a photo 😃😃👏👏 I'm teaching myself to do my nails and I have to say I'm loving using Acrylic and Monomer and sculpting them I use Tips (I have not mastered Forms yet) 😃🤣 and I carnt see the point of Gelly tips really it's just like having press on nails but they stay on longer and I can never smooth out the underside properly 🤣🤣 I love using my brush to sculpt my nails and the filing and buffing it is like going to the nail salon in your own home 😁😁

Hi Suzy! I saw your first video using acrylic with drugstore tips and now this one, and gelly tips seem like the best option for me. Could you show us a video on what to do after a week or two? I'm totally new to acrylic nails and I love your tutorials so far. :)

Nice teaching. Thank you Suzie. I am using the jelly tips like the poppits. For this i am using acrylic gel. I like the acryl powder but the Liquid smells😄. Please take care. Greetings from Berlin to you and your camera man

I couldn’t get dual form cuticles to look nice so I taught myself the paper forms. Much nicer nails. I did polygel nails on my mom tonight which was my first time doing someone other than myself and they turned out beautiful. Can’t wait to learn acrylic! Not much for nail tech courses in the westshore that I could find right now.

I use to do pop its but I like full coverage gelly tips more because I use them as press on nails, and you can use the press on nails over and over again 😃 It's great for busy people but pop its are more fun.
