    Omg your tips are amazing. I was too scared to lift both feet and couldn't progress further. But then when I followed your instructions, I was able to lift both of my feet on the first try! I'll practice further from there yeahhhh thank you❤️❤️

    Thankyou for this! I want to learn a hand stand but I'm scared to be upside down 😅😅😅 I followed step by step and I held my first headstand with my legs tucked up in that N position. I'll keep practicing until I can hold it with legs fully extended without fear then by then hopefully being upside down in a handstand won't seem that scary. 🙌🏽

    Headstand make dizzy feeling but handstand not.
    Currently working on headstand help of wall, can do for half second without wall
    I release one leg from wall do 90 degree angle when you going to fall just raise against wall
    But guys I think its mind game your head has to be balanced or if you think you will be fall you will be

    • @LLcreates
      @LLcreates 3 месяца назад

      if you're worried, do the forearm headstand first... It relieves tension off your neck and has the same benefits. Does requires more core strength and shoulder mobility but it's "safer".
