Hey! My name's Kiana. Welcome to my channel!

I'm passionate about all things movement, fitness, & well-being.

I started out as a gymnastics coach for 10+ years. In 2015, I started teaching yoga, handstands, & flexibility. In 2022, I started practicing, performing, and teaching pole dance to help women get in touch with their femininity! Self-growth and self-reflection is an important value of mine and I view movement as a way to explore that. I hope that I can help you get more in touch with yourself through the practice of movement.
