As a professional lifeguard/swim instructor, I can tell you that that's definitely not how you should breathe underwater. If you tried inhaling underwater like he is, your lungs would be filled with water, and you'd drown faster than you would think possible.
The water would have to touch your bronchioles in your lungs since humans have no gills. And on they VERY off chance you manage to seperaite the oxygen from the hydrogen in the water its such a small ammount it would make no impact. Plus the fact that filling your lungs with water causes a reflex making you projectile vomit it back up.

you can open your eyes in the ocean. Clean ocean water is not harmful to your eyes. The salt stings a little, but this passes very quickly. Some refer to this as ocean water eye irritation.
Ocean water only burns/irritate your eyes if you rub em and get the slime off or u do it for long periods of time where your eye protection slime dissolves
Extremely risky, your body is extremely used to breathing in when doing motions like that. Dont do this or you may end up breathing in a cup or two of water with sharp salt and sand particles. Which might even give you a panic attack. I accidentally did this as a kid but it was in a pool 😂
