Land Rover Discovery 3 (LR3) Rear Anti Roll Bar Bush Replacement Easy(ish)

The rear anti roll bar bushes on a Land Rover Discovery 3 are an easy repair, or so I thought. Corrosion has made the bolts very stiff and hard to remove, patience is a virtue, and I have to find inner peace to persist in their removal.
