for your next guides can you try to make it interchangeable between corruption and crimson? like maybe if there's a crimson only weapon/accessory then underneath it adding the corruption counterpart? still a great guide though!

I got a tip, you can actually convert a chest into a mimic spawn with fargos mutant, and you can get the mage weapon that deals very good dps, bcs its for hardmode.
pre DoG u can use dark plasma cuz the other ones give off 1000 dps if not set up properly, and the lack of chaos stone eats out your magic damage by 40%
Hello brome theres actually a way to get flare bolt without post-eater/brain tools and not getting the reaver shark tool so here once u joined a world try to go into the underworld and go to the draedon lab there u can see that theres 5 hellstone bar there just sitting next to the lava container (i think) but how do u get 1 more hellstone bar? Well. Go to the left side of the world to find the brimstone biome there try and get to the bridge and under the front bridge u can find a chest which ofc contains hellstone bars and there thats How u get a post-eater/brain weapon with no reaver shark Edit: btw u can also get the hellwing staff if u somehow found a jungle lab and u can find 2 underWorld lab locators Now these are pretty useless because u already know where it is so instead try and shimmer the 2 to get the hellstone bars because It uses hellstone bars In order to craft
personally the SHPC has helped me with lighting, crowd control, and damage all for pre-last mech boss. however after that, i find that its damage output is no longer worth it to use.
The draedon weapon for the wall of flesh is literally free win o - o. I tested and it made quick work of the hungrys. And did C R A Z Y damage to the WoF.
Fate Reveal has a quirk: it's firing faster if you're spamming it manually rather than holding a button. This way it deals much more damage than you can expect. Used it until I got Subsumed Vortex. Crit forges on damage dealing accessories + last tier boots + nebula core + Auric Tesla set got me to 100-120k dps before Noxus (playing with Wrath of Gods) and 70-80k right before Yharon (used Prismatic Set). Could use it there too but my hand was not far from falling off my wrist after spamming LMB for 6 hours straight, so I used Vortex from that moment (then switched to Apotheosis). If you're about to play with it that way too - make sure you have astral injections or get like seventy 300 mana bottles.
Also note: when you get acces to the "Art Attack" weapon, you can definetly kill Astrum Deus, the weapon does +1k dmg and if paired with the spectre armor set it will heal you to full when needed and will do lots of dmg, spectre armor can be a solid variant for the scoria at that point of the game, if you manage to change helmets with ease its way better, but requieres some skill.
one thing this guide gets wrong is that the ice staff in calamity is way too broken (i used it until after perferators)

i highly agree i used it on for pre providence and it destroyed dragonfolly, profaned guardians and providence.

hey the frost bolt need a bookshelf and to create you need books that just find in the dungeon or buy in the mage npc
There’s books in the upper part before the dungeon garden spawns
you can use hadal urn on plantera it kills him in like a minute and im not sure but it could work for golem too

I'm also using warding on my accessories but I feel like it isn't the right play I still feel squishy despite having them

Nuclear fury is the best weapon until DoG, because it will be event horizon afterwards. Change my mind.
I used the Pulse Pistol for Wall of Flesh, up to you, even for the accessory, Mana Polarizer for small healing

I recommend the MOAB over every other set of wings. As soon as you can get it, use it until post-moonlord.
