I wish there a was a dvd of The Last Domino tour. It was absolutely brilliant! My Brother and i was front row in Birmingham. We were so overwhelmed when they came on stage. I felt so emotional, i cried. I wished for years that Genesis would make a come back. I couldn't believe it when i heard the news they were touring again after all this time. I screamed and jumped with joy.
I was there! And about 30 seconds later we were in Afterglow and I couldn't hold back the tears at the realisation that it was the final live rendition of the soundtrack of my youth.
Me too my friend, I attended the final concert on the 26th and tears were falling most of the evening. But the guys were fantastic and what a show to end a magnificent career together. Long live Genesis…

Awesome @nic_collins! The entire stretch of “In the Cage » Cinema Show » Slippermen » Afterglow” on Three Sides Live is my favorite piece of music. The drum solo/duet with your Dad and Chester on that piece is the definition of epic!! You filled those big drum shoes extremely well and made them your own! Really a pleasure seeing you behind the kit for the tour. Lucky to have seen two of the shows! 🎶🎵
Been a fan of yours Phil since age 16. Love your performances and Nic is such an amazing drummer so those big Phil drumming shoes were filled ( Philled😅) very well ❤❤❤

This is so impressive. Such a talent like his dad. HUGE Genesis FAN since the 70's seen them with Peter Gabriel and with Phil on lead vocals many times and Phil's solo career HUGE HUGE FAN. Love this father, son m, working together in music. I can only imagine how proud Phil is. Nik is amazing.

Nic, I love how you not only emulate your Dad's playing, but how you incorporated some of the fills that your Dad played with Chester especially at the end with the call and response with Tony's keyboards. And on that first night of the tour when you were playing this, Mike looks at your Dad with a smile and a nod, basically saying "This is going to be good!"
this is awesome footage, Nic. I also wanted to say that everything I have seen you in, like Drumeo videos and other stuff, you seem super down to earth and just seem to be an overall friendly and good dude. It doesnt always work out like that for kids from super famous parents and it is refreshing to see such a normal dude. Wish you the best in your career.
Genesis rehearsed part of the end of Suppers Ready and didn’t play it on tour. If there’s a recording, I hope Nic Collins posts it, as a historical artifact
