Speechless is broken too. Viktor never gives a speech before/after Sato. Tried assassinating him before/after sato's speech to see if it'd change anything but he just walks on stage, says nothing, walks off.
i figured it out, You need to take out Sato so that He comes on stage alone and starts making a speech instead of sato hense the challenge "Speechless"
For Speechless, this is like the ONLY way to get the challenge achievement for me. I've tried killing Sato and hiding his body and just subduing him then hiding. Then whenever I try to kill Novikov while he's on stage, the challenge is not completed. I don't get it. Either this is bugged or vaguely intentional. If it's bugged, IO better fix it because I've wasted so much time doing the other methods before stumbling upon this one.
is it just me that think knobheadkov takes too long to to go on stage and do the speech, must have waited 12 minutes for to come on after taking the crew disguise :|
The challenge is broken. I shot her while she was in the bathroom, but no challenge completed. Tried shooting her from the balcony, NO challenge completed. The challenge JUST says shoot her with a silenced pistol after she greets you as the Reaper but it seems there is only ONE place it actually works. UPDATED: Just tried it this way and it still DIDN'T complete the challenge. What am I missing?
+PC Friendly I've been having some wonky issues with challenges as well...there seems to be some issues when it comes to loading/reloading saves and challenges unlocking. Did you end up getting it?
+Kyle Holmer Yea, it required the tuxedo. Go figure. I was walking around in a white suit and all the other challenges worked. If a challenge requires a certain suit it should say so.
I remember having similar issues with Absolution (a couple challenges had some weird hidden requirements) but that's good to know. The escalation contract also isn't unlocking. Not sure if its just me, but if you end up doing that and your list doesn't count it as completed, then it looks like that may be a universal issue.
Does anyone know why some challenges don't register that I have done them? I will complete them, sometimes the little notification pops up, but when I go to the mission results screen, the game tells me that it hasn't been done. I am so confused x.x
If you reload from a previous challenge, it will not register any new challenges you complete. Maybe try starting a new game everytime you want to finish a challenge.

do you have the silver ballers? and try restarting the mission challenges seem to restart when you load from a check point
