Not sure if your question was already answered (couldn’t really see all comments-only the top and newest), but the oldest building there is the LS building. Now I am not sure which came next, either SJ (which might be because it is closer to LS) or Benilde (this is the building you guys call Miguel). The name of the Benilde building was changed to Miguel when CSB was established. The Velasco building was only built on the old football field, in 1980. Thanks for the tour. The campus has really changed a lot!

De La Salle had an vintage school battle song that describes the pre-war school campus as being near the sea. The song tells about pre-war Lasallites then enjoying the fresh cool sea breeze coming from Manila Bay from their classrooms and campus dormitories.
Our iconic Saint La Salle building back then was the tallest structure from Taft Avenue to Roxas Blvd. The students who resided in campus were on the top fourth floor and they would often the describe the luxury of witnessng Manila's coastal boulevard daily sunrise and sunset. It was only USAFFE General McArthur that would have had the same privilege to see this natural spectacle from his luxury top penthouse of the top of his pre-war Manila Hotel beside Luneta park.
skl there’s another building that wasn’t included here!! The STRC building beside Agno (before razons) is where majority of lab classrooms are (genetics, cell bio, and ecology)!!

I badly want to study bsit here in DLSU-Manila but we can't afford the tuition fee. I expected too much pa naman that I'll be able to study here because my parents told me that if I'll study on a public school in shs, babawi sila sa college. Unfortunately, the company where my dad works is facing bankruptcy, hence we are financially struggling as of now. I guess my lasallian dream will never become a reality? I'm not trying to be selfish or anything but I really am just sad rn. When everything's fine agaun, babalikan kita DLSU-Manila.
DLSU Manila also has scholarship programs!! They're always worth a try 🤍

as a teacher, i would love to have chalkboards/whiteboards on all sides of the classroom. I would let my students solve problems in groups on those boards. so much learning would occur. nice tour !

Naa gyod ngdala sa akoa diri sa DLSU memory cguro naalala ako nun crush ko dito n half Spanish girl n meet ko sa Institute Cervantes n niligawan ko meron rest house sa zubic Ganda n Ng Txt2x namin bigla nasira yun mood at cp ko n first nokia Pati relo keypad dahil Napa away sa pagsave ko sa Anak Ng may.ari Ng bahay n inupahan ko😅 nawala yun contact namin inis talk ko p s DLSU outside kaso sa dami Ng tao lumabas nahilo n ako inuwi ko nlng at tinulog limot haha😅

Is it still true that DLSU Manila is still a Chinese school? Almost half of the school are of chinese surnames.
No naman 😂 Based on my experience, there was a good mix of people from different backgrounds! Some were even foreigners doing their student exchange program in DLSU

@@jsplinc2000 Hi! I'm not exactly sure when it comes to the measurements, but the university is pretty big! You can search a map of the school or go to 02:35 in the video to see it! :)

That depends din on the course you're gonna take! Each course has a different flowchart that the student receives when they're admitted in the university :)

The tuition fee was around 60-70k per term! It's super worth it + their facilities, profs, and overall benefits are great as well! 🫶🏼

DLSU Manila's tuition is unit based, so it depends on how many units you take per term! 60-70k is around the range for 15 - 21 units, it's generally the same for all majors afaik!

@@zinahfiguroa6780 Hi! DLSU-M doesn't have an architecture program. It's DLS-CSB or Benilde! As a current archi grad from CSB, our tuition ranges from 70k-95k per trimester including other fees (aside from tuition) :D
