Wow! I'm surprised this channel hasn't 300k subscribers or smth. It was a very interesting video, I've never heard of wework before. Background info and history, but not too much. Good narrations in calm confident voice.

Ok, so this was randomly recommended to me on RUclipss page and I rarely click on content that seems so small, but the name "Art of Deception" was awesome for a video essay channel. This was a cool video but I have specific critiques that I think could make the next video pop. Speak a little faster and add a bit more of a narrative flair. Talk about the way the company came to be as if it's an event you saw and have feelings about. Use the music to excentuate that feeling, don't have the same song throughout. Sometimes switch around having a backing track and not. Don't switch to new images so fast, add a string of 10 second longs clips of this guy while explaining what he did and what you feel. Test alternate titles, it didnt hit the topic on its head while leaving a hit more want; ex. I'm thinking "what happens when a company _____". Something cool about writing narratively is that how you feel will imprint more on the audience than if you told them what to feel; it allows the audience to assimilate without being asked to. Honestly, this was a great topic for a video and some solid research. I feel like you have such a good backbone for a yt channel and I am excited to see more, definitely subscribing.
Ps. Sorry for posting such a chunky comment. This is the critiques I would want if I was growing a channel.

Agree with the comment above... plus the abrupt cut on the WeGuy could have been done smoother
