You got lucky on this run. I had these guys on my ass from the beginning keep getting killed over and over as I can’t put enough distance between myself and them especially the chooper
He was like "😐" through the entire fight! I loved the part when he got from "😐" to "😐" and then into "😐" until he finished it with a "😐". What a amazing fight!
@@Rekolah can't if he doesn't exit his damn chopper. Like everytjing it has perfect accuracy from 20 miles away and his f@clong ravager only takes 2 SHOTS to kill you, so hijacking is pointless especially because SOMEHOW 3 blasts and his specialized chopper explodes. WHY DO BOSSES GET DAMAGE BOOSTS
Playing on Heroic, and this is the first time the game is handing me my ass over and over. The one spawns in the chopper, and while my first run I managed to hook to and steal it, then blast him away and run him over with ease, it was the only time. Now I'm getting blasted away every time. Even when I get the chopper, he instantaneously destroys it.
Yeah it took me a while to beat these guys, if you can get him out of the chopper and get away and just slowly take him down from a distance I think that's the best way to do it. Good luck in the fight!
@@TheOldDemo I pressed F for respect. Really though, I'm not even touching legendary until co-op is implemented. I don't need that kind of abuse anymore.
I got insanely luck and got the one in a spot he couldn’t shoot me but I could shoot him then I just blew the other one up with his vehicle. (I’m not sure if it could be replicated but I found a sweet spot in the wreckage on the mountain west end I was in a ghost)
@@Rekolah they were portrayed as such “killers”… and all we got were 2 ordinary brutes with more armour and heavy weapons. Would’ve been cool to make the fight a combination of flight (chase) and ground combat.
Yeah that does suck! Maybe try going to a different side before they spawn? There were a couple times I let him chill for a bit before I started shooting him and he went into the chopper, it was a very difficult fight. Took me a lot of tries to finally get it done!
@@Rekolah I beat it already but I learned about the helmet and just sped ran through the game to get to this point where I have in fact found Spartan lockes helmet in game on hyperius’s right arm. The fact that they didn’t draw attention to it bugs me
for those struggling run back and get a full shock rifle and ravenger from the last air gun base, instead of starting against hyperius jump on the crash site and start on trevorios with ravenger charged shots one shot will blow the fusion coils and drop most of his shield then just shock rifle till hes dead. You should get a checkpoint then back track to the hill behind there is a rocket launcher, try and lure him to a spot where you can land rockets after dropping his shield with the commando and he goes down in 3 rockets
Fun fact for you! At about 8:30, The Weapon states "That wasn't easy, was it? What is BBEG sends more?" and Chief responds with "Let him. Echo-216?", right? If you kill them super duper quick (for example, I 4 shot each of them on a joke run on Easy with the tank gun (ask what that is if you want)), the dialogue changes. The Weapon says "Spartan killers? Please! You made that look easy!" and Chief responds "That's because it was. Echo-216?". I absolutely love these little attentions to detail.

For me hyperious not only uses a chopper but has a human sniper rifle in his pocket, he can end the fight across the map any time he wants
Yeah, he had it in my run as well. Just never used it, you might be trying to fight him a little too far away

I beat both easily just using the warthog machine gun. If they can have unlimited ammo I should be able to have unlimited ammo too. Fair fight.

Sometimes you need a little cheese spot for games, nothing wrong with it
These 2 brutes weren't challenging enough on Legendary.

Hyperius spawns in the Brute Chopper for me and keeps whooping my ass 😢

If you are talking about fighting both at the same time, both were spawned at the same time but I kept them separate and fight them individually
