I’ve thought of a slight work around for selling parts. So when I have cars I want to sell I will always check if I have any parts for it. I add any parts I have and then sell it which increases the value of the car. Granted you don’t get the full “value” of the parts but it’s better than nothing. I guess IRL used parts aren’t the same as new either.
I have so many engines and parts I don't need. I will lose money if I buy a car and add parts/engines and then sell it. Only if I win a gift car that I don't want to keep, then, yeah, you can check to see if you have parts for it before you sell it.

The games would be so much better if I can just sell my engines. Of course the game keeps on giving engines every chance the game gets and I can never ever use them and cannot sell them, it is always a engine or part for a car I don't find or really hard to get car. On the contrary though. There is a silly way to earn money for the parts but you would have to append it also to use that feature. By a car related to the part/parts you want get rid of. So you can't sell parts??? What's the point of the game telling us the retail price???
The game is flawed. They want you to buy Credits.

Why they give us a credit value but no ability to sell is ridiculous, I have about 5 million worth of engines I can't use.
The Invitation System also sucks. The odds of getting a Invitation are slim, and then you have to hope it’s the right manufacturer you are after.

Totally agree, you should be able to sell them
No.

Agreed! It would also be nice to be able to gift credits to some lower-level players so they can get a good car they might need. 👍
And sell or trade parts with friends or other players
The roulette is fixed.

Being able to trade or sell parts to other players.
Never going to happen.
