- In this video you will learn step-by-step how to make this simple apple pie cake recipe.It's a quick and easy cake recipe to please your guests.We have topped this cake with apple slices and seasoned with ground walnuts and cinnamon.Cinnamon gives a nice flavor to dessert recipes.
First of all peel apples and cut in thin slices.In a bowl,combine together 2 tbsp of sugar and cinnamon. Beat 4 eggs with 1.5 cups of sugar and 125g room temperature margarine.Mix vanilla sugar and lemon zest.Add gradually flour and baking powder and keep beating.Pour the batter in a greased tray.Arrange apple slices on top of the cake batter and sprinkle ground walnuts over apple slices.Place some tiny butter pieces over ground walnuts and bake at 200C(400F) for 30 mins,enjoy!
Ingredients
For Cake:
150g flour(1 Cup)
4 eggs
125g butter
240g sugar(1 1/2 Cups)
150g flour(1 Cup)
1 pck vanilla sugar
1 pck baking powder
1 lemon zest
For Topping :
4 Apples
1 Cup of ground walnuts
2 Tbsp of Sugar
1 Tsp of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp of Butter

There is no need for vanilla sugar if u dont have any.
Just use 1 tsp vanilla extract
again i kept for 10 more mints but still if i insert toothpick its wet.. :(

I made the cake. Lovely, delicious very moist and tasty. Just to clarify one thing. I did 30 mins in the oven with 180 grade C Fan and then added another 15 mins on 160 grade C and it came to perfection.

We baked this cake today and just wasted our time and food. 1 pck baking powder is too much for 150 g flour.

Awful recipe the cake bubbles everywhere while cooking and after the 30 minutes was still more of a drink than a cake very surprised as this channel is usually great
