It's not a matter of ethnicism but internationally for very specific reasons it is called Greek Yoghurt. An ancient recipe since the times before Christ that Turks didn't exist and it still goes around worldwide but respected for its origin. Burek is Turkish for example, no one should argue. But feta is Greek. Paella is Spanish, pudding is English and there are hundreds of similar examples. A Turkish businessman in the U.S. and lately in other countries is selling Greek Yoghurt under the company name Chobani. He is Turkish and he produces and sells Greek yoghurt and he respects the origin, how about that? We are all humans and have more to bring us closer than divide us and separate us, I hope you agree. So, keep on cooking with passion and love and don't use any ingridients that destroy the beauty and magic of it. And don't forget all of us, your friends, all over this world that would spare a nice comment and a smile to your wonderful recipes!
too much flour in the recipe but she didnt use 6.. unless she used small cup.. coz as the rising of the dough the amount of yeast is very little for 6 cups of flour
