Hi everyone! Today I present to you a very tasty, easy and quick recipe. Eggplant fried in egg and stuffed with delicious ricotta and walnut cream. You can prepare them for lunch, dinner or appetizer. Your family will love them and guests will ask for the recipe! They are so delicious that they leave no one indifferent! 1 eggplant
2 eggs
80 g (3 oz) of walnuts
1 clove of garlic
4-5 dried tomatoes
10 basil leaves
100 g (4 oz) of ricotta
Salt and pepper
