    I'm new with mini stepper... May I know how many minutes or steps would be OK to do in a day. As my journey is weight loss 🙏 thanks

      So glad to hear you're loving your mini stepper! We recommend starting anywhere from 250-500 steps depending on your starting fitness level, you can increase your step count as you feel comfortable and get more fit! As always, we recommend you speak with your doctor or main healthcare provider to determine if this machine is the best fit for you.

    How do i loosening the gears? Right now it so hard to pump it up. I ready to use just want to be able to step like you with ease.

    Does this help with loosing fat on thighs and butt and calves?

      Mini steppers have pretty strong resistance, and you'll likely be surprised by how challenging it is and how quickly you can work up a sweat. Your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves are engaged with each step!

    I have foot neuropathy balance is off. I have to hold onto the back of a chair.

Your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves are engaged with each step. Stepping on a mini stepper is just like climbing stairs and will work all of the major muscles in your legs.
