    Done this workout twice now. Have tried few others but Dominique is by far the best. Great new way to keep my fitness up. Now loving my mini stepper and great teacher for the workout xx

    I am getting back into a workout routine. I decided to start with the mini stepper as well as 10-15 low impact workouts. This workout with kickboxing has by far been my most favorite. I love Dominique’s energy and routines.

    Great such a good workout!! Thank you.
    I use this as my regular home work out.....but I add a little extra aerobic moves in the middle and lots whole body stretch at the end!

    I really like this exercise program with weights, boxing and the mini-stepper intervals. Great variety for exercise without killing your knees for us older mature adults .:) She makes the exercise program fun! Hope she will do some other exercise programs in the future and for those of us who like to exercise but need to watch the knees(arthritis), gear it towards our older group as well. Challenge but not hurting the joints! Thanks Dominque! 😊

    Love this! I take martial arts so this is a fun way to work on technique and get the legs pumping. I hold weights the whole time and add in some extra shoulder work while stepping. Thank you!

      We are glad you enjoyed the workout! The calorie count on this machine is just an estimated average, which will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator. If your intensity is high, it's definitely possible to burn over 200-300 calories throughout a 20-minute mini stepper workout if you're really challenging yourself.

    I’ve been steady doing these mini stepper workouts and I just realized my mini stepper is a Sunny brand one 🤦‍♀️ I had no clue this whole entire time lmao. I bought the stepper first and found these videos later randomly

    Does it matter what speed the step is on

      The speed will effect your BPM and total calories burned during you workout.
