How does this vid only have 2k views??? wtf ..This just proves that women don't want to hear the truth. When you lie, women will buy. Simple as that. Thanks for the vid Charli. Definitely sharing it. Lets get the views up.
Thank you for the support. I actually see a lot of women thirsty for more understanding on men, but unfortunately the air waves are full of unhelpful info. Thanks for helping me push a more positive narrative. ❤️
I would agree with you. I just decided to narrow it down because I felt it would be a little easier for people who have a similar background as me to relate. But, I hope others find this info helpful too. Thanks for the feedback ❤️
Very helpful! My husband would tell me he gets chest pains when him and I argue. I thought he was crazy…but this is so much conformation and understand on my black husband. Thank you. Please don’t stop posting these healthy videos.
And ladies, there may also be situations where you instantly want to redirect a man away from a statement when he’s in the flow of speaking; in cases like this, sometimes men don’t want to stop speaking. Even though you asked him to stop so you could add your 2¢; understand that it’s possible that he may not want to stop and let you throw in that 2¢ … JUST remain calm and hear him out instead of being insistent on cutting him off. Have a rule of 3 minutes to talk between you two because you made like 10 points… lol
Thank you! This was helpful for me in the work environment as well. Sometimes I had difficulty expressing that I was offended in a professional manner.
That is so sweet of you to say! I plan on making more videos, as I have so much new perspective to share on these topics. Stay tuned, and please continue to share this content.
I like how you said men know how we deal with other men. Also another thing men hate that women do is when men are like “I’m gonna head out with the boy’s” and he notice’s the girlfriend looks grumpy and he says “what’s wrong?” and the girlfriend says “nothing” when something is obviously wrong.
Hi, great video!! Thank you! Could you share a link or source about the study your referred to at the beginning of your video? Thanks again! Great content! 👏👏👍
Thank you so much for the reply! Unfortunately I heard about that from a counselor and he didn’t share the reference. But, if i can find anything I’ll link it

Fantastic piece of content. Another content creator diverted me here. With more women like you maybe there's still hope for BM/BW interactions after all
Thank you so much for this! I am really looking for a good advice about this and I saw your Video..It really clear and helpful specially tp people like me who is just new and starting a relationship with a Black man for a first time...Reallt Thank you so much..🙏🙏🙏 More Blessings to you! ❤❤❤
Sis, thanks for the question. I’m going to be honest and say…time and patience. In relationships we have to respect where our partner is at sometimes. It’s not fun (at all)…but if you tried to calmly communicate and be on the same page and they just aren’t there, you may need to wait a week or two and then come back with a “I’d really like to understand some of your thoughts around our last conversation. Can you share why you didn’t want to communicate?” Just so that you can get to the root
Hello I am a Filipina and so happened that Im looking for some love advices and I came across to your video. Im starting a relationship with a black man few months ago. We are in a long distance relationship right now. We started very happy and we really get along well at first like any other relationships 😜. Now seems the communication is not getting any better. When I started to disagree with him, that's when the argument begins. Im not sure if he's the kind of person that is very particular to sticking to your words but I also felt like he's just waiting for me to make a mistake so he will come out with reason to get off this relationship. HAHAHAHA! 😭
I love the tips you provided! Advice from a married woman is what I need. As well as many other young single women. I have a quick question. I dated a guy who I thought insulted me. I would be polite by communicating to him that he hurt my feelings or ignore him. Yet, he would disrespect me again. Then I will start to tell him off without cussing. He would either call me crazy or hang up. Would that make him a narcissist by not taking accountability? Thank you
Hiya, Speaking as a mental health professional. He could be a narcissist, or just a person with some trash tendencies. Don't get caught up in trying to fix a label of narcissist to him. It's enough that he's disrespectful and unwilling to talk with you when you have been hurt by anything he's done. Leave that relationship
Depends on what telling him off is. Is insulting and belittling him or expressing your feelings about his words only. If it's the latter and he responded with hanging up or insults, he isn't ready to have an adult relationship. You were right to move on.
Thanks for sharing, and sorry for the late reply. I am always careful to label someone as a straight up narc, especially without a professional opinion or a whole lot of evidence. But, I’d definitely say he’s immature and needs a lot of work before being successful in a commuted relationship
Hey this was an amazing video! I was wondering if you had the information for that study conducted! For instance like who it was by or a reference too it’s I’d love to read the research on that
We all have at one time or another. But, I’m so happy to share my experiences, because many of these things contribute to our relationships falling apart. Thanks for the feedback ❤️
Hello,im a Filipina and i am now in a long distance relationship of a Christian black man and watching your video it helps a lot thank you for those tips that i will surely apply to him,God bless
@@teliciawill1008 Hi, thanks for reaching out to me about this. It sounds like both of you are having trouble understanding one another. I would start by allowing him to talk and process his feelings without interrupting him. Even if everything he is saying is false, still let him get it out. He deserves the ability to speak clearly without being cut off. Then, when it's your turn I would calmly explain to him how you feel about the situation. The only way to get out of this hole, is for both of you to be calm and extend a little bit of trust to one another. Without trust it's going to be difficult to move forward. I have a new course that I launched to help with these issues in relationships. Keep me posted on how you guys are doing. www.chatwithcharli.com/shop/p/master-your-messy
@@teliciawill1008 I understand how frustrating this situation is. At this point I would focus on yourself. Getting healthy mentally and working on personal growth. Ultimately we can't force people to change. Check out some of my blog posts on personal growth, I think they will help you www.chatwithcharli.com/personal-growth
@@chatwithcharli4293 Good Afternoon. Thank you for listening. I've learned a lot about myself in all of this and I will apply it to my life to the best of my ability. I'll see what happens. Thanks
Thanks for the feedback! I have good news….many black women are thirsty for this info and are open to learning. Help me get this message out by sharing this video with a few people. Thanks for the support ❤️
WTF 😳 LOL 😂 These are basic communication skills and these men need to learn to handle the way they are spoken to like a boss and leader recognising the struggle that women of colour particularly single moms go through.
I agree that these are basic communication skills, for everyone. However, if someone came at you yelling, cursing and such, is that the advice that you would tell yourself-to learn to handle the way you are spoken to like a boss?

Yup they rather listen to negative garbage that panders to them
Thank you for the support. I actually see a lot of women thirsty for more understanding on men, but unfortunately the air waves are full of unhelpful info. Thanks for helping me push a more positive narrative. ❤️
Unfortunately people are addicted to drama and chaos. It's just the way of the world. Even the Bible said wide is the road that leads to destruction
As a black man I feel this works not just for “black women” but women in general
I would agree with you. I just decided to narrow it down because I felt it would be a little easier for people who have a similar background as me to relate. But, I hope others find this info helpful too. Thanks for the feedback ❤️
Thwnk you for this as a 21 year old black woman i definitely needed this. 😊💕 I belive now I can grow and have healthier relationships.

This doesn’t work for my husband. Even when I am 100% calm, respectful and kind he has a problem.
It’s like that in a lot of relationships. Continue to work on you though, never stop your journey of growth because someone else isn’t progressing
Thank you and everything you are saying is so true thank you for good continent

This works to white men too. I think it's common sense to people in general.
It's not being submissive, it's just acting like an adult.
I appreciate your perspective
