My thoughts on: Wave 3: Tour London Loop: I love the track design. Love the music. I love that the Chain Chomps become unchained in the last lap. I love the little bridge jump. 10/10 GBA Boo Lake: ... Underwater tracks return! And anti-gravity too! I love this music too. I wish it was Broken Pier, but still... 9/10. No Boos, and a lot of Dry Fish. 3DS Rock Rock Mountain: Hasn't really changed, besides the anti-gravity part. Love the music. 10/10 Wii Maple Treeway: Great course, though maybe there's something weird with the camera. Love the music. 10/10. Tour Berlin Byways: This has some of the best music in MK8 EVER. That aside, the track is fine. ... Wait, are the Thwomps falling an analogy to the fall of the Berlin Wall of the 90s?! 10/10 DS Peach Gardens: It's still the same track, but the reverse turn at the end got me, like Kalimari Desert, and it's better than Sydney Sprint's execution. I love the music too. 10/10. Merry Mountain: Better than that Sundae Surprise track or whatever. The half-pipe stuff was fun, and the gliding after the first lap was fun. Love the music too. Again, too close camera at times, but it's festive and cozy. Best original track so far. 10/10. 3DS Rainbow Road: We have essentially four Rainbow Roads now. Why this track as well?! Aside from that... Some people have criticized the sun flare and the color of the Rainbow Road. I don't know, but the track is still playable, those qualms aside. 9/10. Overall, 79/80. Best Wave so far.
Also for Waves 1 & 2: General: What's with the camera? Maybe it's too close, but I always bumped into stuff without knowing it. Tour Paris Promenade: Honestly, not that bad. It's one of the few that looks good and plays well to drive on. I like the music and how big the Eiffel Tower is. 10/10. 3DS Toad Circuit: It did not need to come back. There's nothing new here, and I would've preferred any other 7 track. 0/10. N64 Choco Mountain: The first few turns are annoying on 200. The new cave design is neat. I like the gliding section. The music is amazing too. Overall... 7/10. Wii Coconut Mall: I got this after the patch. With that said, some of the turns are hard to pull off; and I'm not sure if there's enough space to glide compared to 7. Also, is it just me, or is the ending more narrow than before? Then there's the Shy Guy cars. Look, I don't have a problem with them as everyone else does. If you don't like it, play any other Coconut Mall version. Still has the bumping music. Overall... 6/10. Tour Tokyo Blur: A fun track to race on, even if there's little challenge. 10/10. DS Shroom Ridge: I would've preferred Mushroom Bridge or City. Even with that said, I think the ending turns are not 200 friendly. There's enough space to not get hit too much by the cars. That, and the music is incredible! 8/10. GBA Sky Garden: The second turn is not 200 friendly. And maybe the first. That mushroom pad before the second turn does not help matters. Still, it's a GBA track, and the music is fantastic. 7/10. Ninja Hideaway: Good artistic design hampered by some of the worst turn design ever. For 200, the ending turns are just straight up ridiculous. 3/10. Overall: 51/80. There are some standout moments from some of these tracks. My favorite is Paris Prominate, while my least favorite is Toad Circuit. ------------------------------------------- Tour New York Minute: Once more, fun track with good music and little challenge. 10/10. SNES Mario Circuit 3: That one turn is impossible on 200. That, and like Toad Circuit, nothing was added. 0/10. N64 Kalimari Desert: You get to ride on the tracks and go inside now! And now there's the challenge of not getting hit by the train in the second half of the second lap and most of the third! The music is amazing too! 10/10! DS Waluigi Pinball: Some of these turns are a bit too difficult on 200. But, it's still the same Waluigi Pinball. Even if this track has the same points as Toad Circuit and SNES Mario Circuit 3, at least this track is more iconic than those. 9/10. Tour Sydney Spring: I did not like the immediate right turn after the ramp section. In 200, that's hard to pull off. And, that worse part is that it switches for laps two and three. Still, it has great music. 8/10. GBA Snow Land: Other than the fabled ramp, I personally liked everything about it. It's a total upgrade from the original. 9/10. Wii Mushroom Gorge: There are some turns which I am not a fan of in 200. It's the same problem with Sky Garden. Also, I'm iffy about its return in 8. It's a fine track, but there are other courses from Wii that could've had this spot. 5/10. Sky-High Sundae: The only anti-gravity track. The railing used as boosters confused me. Also, that last turn on the track is not 200 friendly. 7/10. Overall: 58/80. It has so much better stuff than the first wave. My favorite has to be N64 Kalimari Desert, while the worst is definitely SNES Mario Circuit 3.

You know what I wasn’t expecting a green haired mii as an avatar but I really like it and your calm rankings. If that red-haired dude didn’t scream so much I would listen to this like a podcast.
I've watched so many ranking videos and it's nice to know when someone asks, "What's your unpopular Mario Kart opinion?", I can say that I LOVE the 8 Deluxe version of Sky Garden and Coconut Mall and think they're the best interations of the track. That, is a true unpopular opinion!
The alpine pass rock rock mountain bit reminds me of the music park vs melody motorway debate Tho the 2nd one im a lil confused about since flags within the stage still calls it music park all over the stage
In my opinion I prefer Rock Rock Mountain, it just sounds cooler than Alpine Pass. I also prefer Melody Motorway over Music Park, Music Park is just a bland name in comparison to Melody Motorway.
I aggree with your ranking for the most part but I just really have some ptsd from trying to beat time trial 150 and 200 cc ninja hideaway so I just despise it
While everyone has been rightfully complaining about the cars in coconut mall I noticed an issue just as glaring. Where is the Thank You arch when you exit the mall?
Are on Team Alpine Pass, or Team Rock Rock Mountain? Let me know! This video took by far the longest for me to make out of any, so I hope you'll all enjoy it very much! Let me know what other videos you'd like to see next!
Over half the MK7 courses have different names, that's wild. I'm American so I'm used to those names but that doesn't mean I prefer them Here's my preferred track names: American: Cheep Cheep Lagoon Wuhu Loop Piranha Plant Slide Neo Bowser City Maka Wuhu European: Melody Motorway Alpine Pass Wario's Galleon
@@AlbertBoris yep this is the same case with Wuhu Loop/Maka Wuhu being called Wuhu Island Loop/Wuhu Mountain Loop respectivelly, Neo Bowser City being Called Koopa City, Wario's Shipyard being called Wario's Galleon, Piranha Plant Slide being called Piranha Plant Pipeway, Music Park being called Melody Motorway and Cheep Cheep Lagoon being called Cheep Cheep Cape in their European release
@@AlbertBoris Plus DK Summit in Mario Kart WII is called DK’s Snowboard Cross for any people living in Europe. Does Bertil always get angry when you say the European name.
Yeah it does feel like that, the thing that made me notice that it felt smaller was the last section with the cars, it’s so much longer in Wii, which was better.
I mainly just like the lap switching mechanic of the city tracks because for the most part, those individual routes on their own in Tour… are relatively flat and uninteresting compared to the non-city new tracks and retro tracks (although I’ve heard certain tracks like Vancouver Velocity and Bangkok Rush do have routes that are still just as interesting and unique on their own as typical Mario Kart tracks)
For me, coconut mall graphic wise looks way better. Old design felt boring too me and I feel the animation style works for a Mario kart game. Does it look like a mall in real life? No. But does it look like a mall in a mario universe. Imo yes
I really like sky gardens to be honest, I mean I wish they didn’t change the design of the OG corse especially at the end (besides the glider ramp), but the track feels so fun play on and the music feels like one in mount wario where the song changes depending what lap you’re on, even tho it never happens in game.
In my opinion Coconut Mall in 8 is better than Wii and 7. I prefer the cartoony art style and prefers 8's bricked mall over Wii's plain white blob. I do agree on the cars and escalators though.
Mario Kart Wii fans are super annoying. Oh no, Coconut Mall was made to be less obnoxious and look pretty, how dare Nintendo! At least us DS fans appreciate Waluigi Pinball and Shroom Ridge remakes. I just realized he said Waluigi Pinball is "overrated and bland". Yeah, annoying Wii superfan.. 🙄
The only one that stands out graphically for me is Mushroom Gorge. Shroom Ridge and Rock Rock Mountain *cough cough* I mean.. Alpine Pass *cough cough* make it obvious that they're from Tour.
probably most people: screaming how 3ds rainbow road isnt number 1 me: *wondering why he is calling rock rock mountain “alpine pass”, then remembering it has different names on the U.S. version and the worldwide version, which by the way doesnt make sense why the same track can have 2 names but whatever*

I feel Wah Pinball is a little too lacking as a remake, both not getting its own remix and barely modifying the track post-3DS. It's a rare case where it's better pre-remake due to the lack of reimagining.
Great videos, but I feel the alternate personalities bring them down. Not the collaborations, just the alternate skins with the annoying voices. Especially the blue one in other videos. I feel like a small change in this would help your channel boom. Otherwise, love your content.
Not a bad list even though it doesn't completely correspond with mine (I especially disagree with GBA Sky Garden not being in F tier). Here's my personal ranking at the moment: 24 - GBA Sky Garden: This may be 24th on this list but for me it's by far the worst course ever made in its new form. They butchered the original layout of the course, removed shortcuts and replaced the original road with an orange colour. It's a disgrace of a remake that tainted the original's legacy, I couldn't despise it more; 23 - Tour Tokyo Blur: This city just doesn't do it for me, it's a bit too bland and boring to drive through. This course is still fun but quite meh compared to others; 22 - 3DS Toad Circuit: I know this course gets a lot of hate but I actually quite enjoy it a lot. Sure, it's a boring choice but it's still a fun course; 21 - GBA Boo Lake: An amazing remake of the GBA course but unfortunately I don't find it as engaging as the others and I miss the Boos holding candles. Still, it is an amazing course which deserves a ton of praise; 20 - N64 Choco Mountain: I love this course in its original form and also really like the remake but for some reason I don't feel it is as good as the other courses offered in the DLC; 19 - SNES Mario Circuit 3: Such a great course, I love how flat and simplistic it is while being really hard to go through. This game desperately needed a flat course and this absolutely delivered even though SNES Mario Circuit 4 would've been a better choice; 18 - Tour London Loop: I absolutely adore this course for the Chain Chomps, atmosphere and maze-like structure but unfortunately it has a lot of empty areas which really hinder its quality. I found this course bad in Tour but they made it great here so that's an accomplishment on its own anyways; 17 - GBA Snow Land: I loved this course the first time I played it but the more I played the more I started to not like it as much. It's still a really fun course but I wish there were more obstacles in it; 16 - Tour/BCP Merry Mountain: An amazing course all-around (especially for its theming) but I feel like it could be better on the layout department. It's great but just not the best unfortunately; 15 - Wii Mushroom Gorge: A lovely course all around which is a ton of fun. I love to bounce around on this course, it's so great; 14 - 3DS Rock Rock Mountain/3DS Alpine Pass: An amazing underrated masterpiece of a course. It is such a blast to just glide over a beautiful scenery and I'm glad this course made it in for that reason; 13 - BCP/Tour Sky-High Sundae: By far the most underrated course in the DLC, it feels so alien compared to other courses and is so floaty and fun. That combined with its weird theme makes it perfect for me; 12 - N64 Kalimari Desert: I always loved this course in its original form and this remake somehow improved it even more. I love avoiding the train, going through the tunnel and driving through an empty desert road, such a great course; 11- Tour Paris Promenade: A simple yet amazing course for its theme and layout. I have nothing to say about this one besides the fact that it's really immersive; 10 - Tour New York Minute: An amazing course which I think is underrated. I find it so fun cruising through the streets of New York and I think that it works well with the stationary cars, perfect course; 09 - Wii Maple Treeway: I love the comforting autumn setting of this course along with its really creative design, it's just a blast to play every time; 08 - Wii Coconut Mall: Even though they butchered the end of this course it is still a blast racing through a giant mall, this course deserves the praise it receives and more; 07 - Tour Sydney Sprint: This course was pretty meh in Tour but here they somehow made it amazing. I just love it all-around; 06 - DS Waluigi Pinball: I always found this course pretty overrated in the past but here they somehow made me finally really enjoy it. It's just a really fun course all-around; 05 - DS Peach Gardens: If they kept the main maze-like design unchanged from the original version (with 5 rows of bushes rather than 3), the item boxes behind the chain chomps and the tricky flowers to avoid this would easily be number 1 on the list as it is on its original form my second favourite racing course ever. Fortunately the path change on the last lap kind of makes it a lot more redeemable and the course is still so gorgeous that it's hard to make it bad. It's worse than the original layout-wise but still amazing; 04 - 3DS Rainbow Road: Simply a masterpiece. You go through space on a beautiful Rainbow Road in an unforgettable journey, it's highly regarded for a reason; 03 - Tour Berlin Byways: I didn't enjoy this course in Mario Kart Tour that much but somehow combining the three variants made it a masterpiece. This course simply has everything: you go through a train station, several parks, the Berlin wall, arches, etc. (it's the whole package) while having a part of the road dedicated to just avoiding cars and tree roundabouts reminiscent of N64 Toad's Turnpike or DS Shroom Ridge. Unlike those two courses though, this one tries to do more than just being another car course and only uses the cars to enhance the course itself. For me this is already an underrated classic; 02 - DS Shroom Ridge: They somehow made an ok course into a masterpiece without changing it too much, I just adore this new version of the course and I don't know why; 01 - Tour/BCP Ninja Hideaway: I love courses with branching paths you can choose and this one delivers that perfectly. On top of that it's a really challenging course which makes it perfect. Bias for DS Airship Fortress aside it might be the best course ever.
@@AlbertBoris I actually love Tour London Loop and all the courses that follow it, just not as much as the other city courses (especially the masterpiece that is Tour Berlin Byways). You criticized Tour Berlin Byways for having just a road in lap 2 but I think it's an amazing section since it feels like an extract of a car course while Tour London Loop had too many areas with just road straightaways. It's great but not my favourite, what makes me love it especially is the maze-like design.
I honestly think the main reason why people don’t like London Loop that much is because of the music, and not even because it’s “bad”, because it’s still really good, just that it doesn’t feel that much like “Mario Kart music” if that makes any sense, and more like it belongs in a Sonic game or something
I mean... I can tolerate you ranking London way more up than Berlin... I can tolerate you putting Coconut mall in the meh average score... But not calling it Rock Rock Mountain... It's just wrong 😳 (jk good vid haha)
Lol bet you don’t pin this

And Melody Motorway
???????????
Non-American?
@@theAstarrr the track doesn't really feel like a park to me, but it does feel like a road which is why Melody Motorway makes more sense to me

The only thing to redeem this game is me in the game. That’ll allow me to annoy yoshi.
You know what I wasn’t expecting a green haired mii as an avatar but I really like it and your calm rankings. If that red-haired dude didn’t scream so much I would listen to this like a podcast.
I'll ask Bertil Auris to be more calm in the future lol
Thank you for being one of the only people to praise London loop 🙏 it's such an underrated course!
The Coconut Mall remake gets too much hate
Ain't no way you put Paris Promenade that high 💀
I've watched so many ranking videos and it's nice to know when someone asks, "What's your unpopular Mario Kart opinion?", I can say that I LOVE the 8 Deluxe version of Sky Garden and Coconut Mall and think they're the best interations of the track. That, is a true unpopular opinion!
I Completely Agree lol
I'm glad people have been loving Ninja Hideaway in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe!
The alpine pass rock rock mountain bit reminds me of the music park vs melody motorway debate
Tho the 2nd one im a lil confused about since flags within the stage still calls it music park all over the stage
In my opinion I prefer Rock Rock Mountain, it just sounds cooler than Alpine Pass.
I also prefer Melody Motorway over Music Park, Music Park is just a bland name in comparison to Melody Motorway.
Rock Rock Mountains OST… rocks, and you can’t say otherwise.
8:42 two local men arguing about a track’s name
ROCK ROCK MOUNTAINNNNN!!!
I aggree with your ranking for the most part but I just really have some ptsd from trying to beat time trial 150 and 200 cc ninja hideaway so I just despise it
Trying to beat Ninja Hideaway in 200CC is torture. Who thinks it has solid turns? I don’t.
While everyone has been rightfully complaining about the cars in coconut mall I noticed an issue just as glaring. Where is the Thank You arch when you exit the mall?
I love you Albert Boris!
Sydney is so high up. The music basically holds it up. Like it’s so jazzy!
Lets be honest the only thing that keep toad circuit is the banger remix
Are on Team Alpine Pass, or Team Rock Rock Mountain? Let me know!
This video took by far the longest for me to make out of any, so I hope you'll all enjoy it very much! Let me know what other videos you'd like to see next!
Alpine pass, since the UK track names exist.
rock rock mountain 4 sure
Over half the MK7 courses have different names, that's wild. I'm American so I'm used to those names but that doesn't mean I prefer them
Here's my preferred track names:
American:
Cheep Cheep Lagoon
Wuhu Loop
Piranha Plant Slide
Neo Bowser City
Maka Wuhu
European:
Melody Motorway
Alpine Pass
Wario's Galleon
ROCK ROCK MOUNTAIN BABYYYYY
Alpine Pass
Alpine pass? I thought it was called rock rock mountain?
it's called alpine pass in pal regions
is alpine pass a regionally different name or something? because i specifically remember it being rock rock mountain on 3ds
Alpine Pass is the name most people from Europe know it by lol
@@AlbertBoris oh ok
@@AlbertBoris
yep this is the same case with Wuhu Loop/Maka Wuhu being called Wuhu Island Loop/Wuhu Mountain Loop respectivelly, Neo Bowser City being Called Koopa City, Wario's Shipyard being called Wario's Galleon, Piranha Plant Slide being called Piranha Plant Pipeway, Music Park being called Melody Motorway and Cheep Cheep Lagoon being called Cheep Cheep Cape in their European release
@@AlbertBoris
Plus DK Summit in Mario Kart WII is called DK’s Snowboard Cross for any people living in Europe.
Does Bertil always get angry when you say the European name.
Ayo mah boy Swiftjar is here
I don't know if it's just me but Cocunut Mall felt really compressed in size in MK8DX
19:22 so that's why Sydney Sprint is so pleasing to drive on
I like the ranking video 👍
Why didn't you do Sydney Sprint? Aren't you Austrian?
if the leaks are correct we are getting 5 ***NEW*** tracks in the next 3 waves, that is so cool!
More information It actually is called Rock Rock Mountain But Alpine Pass is a better name
Love you videos Albert!!! :)
Alpine Pass is a much better name than Rock Rock Mountain.
For me, coconut mall graphic wise looks way better. Old design felt boring too me and I feel the animation style works for a Mario kart game. Does it look like a mall in real life? No. But does it look like a mall in a mario universe. Imo yes
(Coconut Mall starts playing in C Tier.)
Oh boy, here we go again.
I really like sky gardens to be honest, I mean I wish they didn’t change the design of the OG corse especially at the end (besides the glider ramp), but the track feels so fun play on and the music feels like one in mount wario where the song changes depending what lap you’re on, even tho it never happens in game.
loved this video and the guests
Tokyo Blur is just kinda odd, the sheer irony of the developers making the city track based on their own country the most boring one
You're right about Tokio blur as a circuit because in spanish is called circuito Tokio (Tokio circuit)
Ayy another Spanish speaker lol
Yooo Swiftjar!
👋
It is rock rock Mountain!!!!!!! 😡😂
Can you try to rank all mario kart games please? Also nice video
One day! It would be another big project, so probably not in the near future though lol
In my opinion Coconut Mall in 8 is better than Wii and 7. I prefer the cartoony art style and prefers 8's bricked mall over Wii's plain white blob. I do agree on the cars and escalators though.
Its kind of criminal to put London Loop over Berlin Byways
I'm pretty rare in preferring London Loop over Berlin Byways lol
@@AlbertBoris wasnt an attack at all don't worry you have all the rights to prefer LLoop but i was vert surprised not gonna lie 😅
Rock Rock Mountain
Mario Kart Wii fans are super annoying. Oh no, Coconut Mall was made to be less obnoxious and look pretty, how dare Nintendo!
At least us DS fans appreciate Waluigi Pinball and Shroom Ridge remakes.
I just realized he said Waluigi Pinball is "overrated and bland". Yeah, annoying Wii superfan.. 🙄
The only one that stands out graphically for me is Mushroom Gorge. Shroom Ridge and Rock Rock Mountain *cough cough* I mean.. Alpine Pass *cough cough* make it obvious that they're from Tour.
probably most people: screaming how 3ds rainbow road isnt number 1
me: *wondering why he is calling rock rock mountain “alpine pass”, then remembering it has different names on the U.S. version and the worldwide version, which by the way doesnt make sense why the same track can have 2 names but whatever*
This triggered me sooooo much
Bro Mario Circuit 3 is a good track.
Fun to play
rock rock mountain
I love this guy’s voice😂
i wish it was named Alpine pass in all of the mario kart versions it represents the course better
I’d switch ninja hideaway and maple treeway, but other than that I agree
"its layout is truly magical"
The layout is a glorified oval

im watching this video to take my attention off of the world cup
I like it ❤
I feel Wah Pinball is a little too lacking as a remake, both not getting its own remix and barely modifying the track post-3DS. It's a rare case where it's better pre-remake due to the lack of reimagining.
For me, the DS remake was pretty much the same, but without the neon-coloured artstyle that made this version pop out so much more
Coconut mall is c WHAT
Alpine Pass is terribly generic.
Me when Sydney: YEAAAAAAAH
I think all tracks should be like peach garden and go backwards in the final lap in the next game
Now that, would be kingly! I already know a few other tracks that could work very well with this gimmick.
I’ll be honest my fav course from the booster course pass is mushroom gorge that track on 200cc is fun to play on
is bertil auris americian

Great videos, but I feel the alternate personalities bring them down. Not the collaborations, just the alternate skins with the annoying voices. Especially the blue one in other videos. I feel like a small change in this would help your channel boom. Otherwise, love your content.
Usually people's lists for these annoy me but this one especially lol
i have contracted scurvy
You wouldn’t download a car
Not a bad list even though it doesn't completely correspond with mine (I especially disagree with GBA Sky Garden not being in F tier).
Here's my personal ranking at the moment:
24 - GBA Sky Garden: This may be 24th on this list but for me it's by far the worst course ever made in its new form. They butchered the original layout of the course, removed shortcuts and replaced the original road with an orange colour. It's a disgrace of a remake that tainted the original's legacy, I couldn't despise it more;
23 - Tour Tokyo Blur: This city just doesn't do it for me, it's a bit too bland and boring to drive through. This course is still fun but quite meh compared to others;
22 - 3DS Toad Circuit: I know this course gets a lot of hate but I actually quite enjoy it a lot. Sure, it's a boring choice but it's still a fun course;
21 - GBA Boo Lake: An amazing remake of the GBA course but unfortunately I don't find it as engaging as the others and I miss the Boos holding candles. Still, it is an amazing course which deserves a ton of praise;
20 - N64 Choco Mountain: I love this course in its original form and also really like the remake but for some reason I don't feel it is as good as the other courses offered in the DLC;
19 - SNES Mario Circuit 3: Such a great course, I love how flat and simplistic it is while being really hard to go through. This game desperately needed a flat course and this absolutely delivered even though SNES Mario Circuit 4 would've been a better choice;
18 - Tour London Loop: I absolutely adore this course for the Chain Chomps, atmosphere and maze-like structure but unfortunately it has a lot of empty areas which really hinder its quality. I found this course bad in Tour but they made it great here so that's an accomplishment on its own anyways;
17 - GBA Snow Land: I loved this course the first time I played it but the more I played the more I started to not like it as much. It's still a really fun course but I wish there were more obstacles in it;
16 - Tour/BCP Merry Mountain: An amazing course all-around (especially for its theming) but I feel like it could be better on the layout department. It's great but just not the best unfortunately;
15 - Wii Mushroom Gorge: A lovely course all around which is a ton of fun. I love to bounce around on this course, it's so great;
14 - 3DS Rock Rock Mountain/3DS Alpine Pass: An amazing underrated masterpiece of a course. It is such a blast to just glide over a beautiful scenery and I'm glad this course made it in for that reason;
13 - BCP/Tour Sky-High Sundae: By far the most underrated course in the DLC, it feels so alien compared to other courses and is so floaty and fun. That combined with its weird theme makes it perfect for me;
12 - N64 Kalimari Desert: I always loved this course in its original form and this remake somehow improved it even more. I love avoiding the train, going through the tunnel and driving through an empty desert road, such a great course;
11- Tour Paris Promenade: A simple yet amazing course for its theme and layout. I have nothing to say about this one besides the fact that it's really immersive;
10 - Tour New York Minute: An amazing course which I think is underrated. I find it so fun cruising through the streets of New York and I think that it works well with the stationary cars, perfect course;
09 - Wii Maple Treeway: I love the comforting autumn setting of this course along with its really creative design, it's just a blast to play every time;
08 - Wii Coconut Mall: Even though they butchered the end of this course it is still a blast racing through a giant mall, this course deserves the praise it receives and more;
07 - Tour Sydney Sprint: This course was pretty meh in Tour but here they somehow made it amazing. I just love it all-around;
06 - DS Waluigi Pinball: I always found this course pretty overrated in the past but here they somehow made me finally really enjoy it. It's just a really fun course all-around;
05 - DS Peach Gardens: If they kept the main maze-like design unchanged from the original version (with 5 rows of bushes rather than 3), the item boxes behind the chain chomps and the tricky flowers to avoid this would easily be number 1 on the list as it is on its original form my second favourite racing course ever. Fortunately the path change on the last lap kind of makes it a lot more redeemable and the course is still so gorgeous that it's hard to make it bad. It's worse than the original layout-wise but still amazing;
04 - 3DS Rainbow Road: Simply a masterpiece. You go through space on a beautiful Rainbow Road in an unforgettable journey, it's highly regarded for a reason;
03 - Tour Berlin Byways: I didn't enjoy this course in Mario Kart Tour that much but somehow combining the three variants made it a masterpiece. This course simply has everything: you go through a train station, several parks, the Berlin wall, arches, etc. (it's the whole package) while having a part of the road dedicated to just avoiding cars and tree roundabouts reminiscent of N64 Toad's Turnpike or DS Shroom Ridge. Unlike those two courses though, this one tries to do more than just being another car course and only uses the cars to enhance the course itself. For me this is already an underrated classic;
02 - DS Shroom Ridge: They somehow made an ok course into a masterpiece without changing it too much, I just adore this new version of the course and I don't know why;
01 - Tour/BCP Ninja Hideaway: I love courses with branching paths you can choose and this one delivers that perfectly. On top of that it's a really challenging course which makes it perfect. Bias for DS Airship Fortress aside it might be the best course ever.
Nice list! Although London Loop at that spot hurts my soul lol
I don’t care where you put each track, your opinion, I just care how you had so much time to type that up like holy fu-
@@ncdldnascarcupheaddiecastl4568 It did not take that long and I was bored when I did it
I honestly think the main reason why people don’t like London Loop that much is because of the music, and not even because it’s “bad”, because it’s still really good, just that it doesn’t feel that much like “Mario Kart music” if that makes any sense, and more like it belongs in a Sonic game or something
I mean... I can tolerate you ranking London way more up than Berlin...
I can tolerate you putting Coconut mall in the meh average score...
But not calling it Rock Rock Mountain... It's just wrong 😳
(jk good vid haha)
