That saw is looking awesome. 10" table saw is a must. Hopefully it will accept a full stacked dado set. I like the way you sneak around the saw to finish the rip. I thought I was the only crazy person that did that manover. And with ability to hook up AC is great.
Flex aint playing around any more... You love to see it. More competition = win for consumer
Unless you’re a Makita fan and are actively watching their demise. Big 3 will soon be Milwaukee, DeWalt, Flex.. Makita will be sitting in the chair in the corner of the hotel room soon with Metabo, porter cable, Bosch, Ryobi and Hilti…
@@jayquick6520soon? DeWalt destroyed Makita two decades ago.
I’ll still take a Bosch or (lifetime warranty)FLEX hammer drill. And a forward facing Makita 12” miter saw.
love these new flex tools easily one of my favorite brands their tools never disappoint
Vince, that was really surprising you did the demo on a cardboard box. Then not using a push tool and pulling the stock. I was waiting for the kickback to happen. Thank goodness for the riving knife and a new sharp blade. I don’t like safety police, but wowser.
Love the cat! That saw is impressive can’t wait to see more videos! Flex is what is next!
WOW! That was impressive! Would have liked to have seen how much battery power was left after that 4x4 cut but really impressive so far.
When miter saw comes out it's game on!!
Great video as usual Vince .. This Flex table saw is deff on my list. My Flex inventory is growing fassst
*_Right on!_*
It’s about time someone listened to the people buying there products
a lot of people try to give you a hard time vince on your tool brand choice but i think you give amazing advice, like regardless the fact there are multiple battery table saw options you press the point of getting a CORDED saw first absolutely
Great review but I would not advise using a flimsy cardboard box as a stand. Things could have gone squirrelly quick!
I’m typically not the guy that says should’ve had safety glasses on, but I have to agree with this.
Literally the first thing I saw. That cardboard box is trouble !
As a side note, all brands should consider corded adapters available for cordless table/miter saws.
Best way to show its not chattery.
KITTY!!!!
Wow! I’m vary impressed. I’m definitely picking one of these up. I would love to see you cut anything, especially hardwood. Let’s put that to the torture test.
Great to see some of their best work from the skil line make it's way to flex with some added features
This is AWESOME
I guess people expected to see something like this from makita on xgt. It looks like a beast
Come on Milwaukee, give us one of these!!
Never had much consideration for flex. This is the first tool that they released that is actually got my attention.
HOPEFULLY LOWE'S GETS IT BY SUMMER SO I CAN LOOK AT IN PERSON
FLex is next keep them coming
Great review Vince! That fence looks beefy. I like it 👍
I definitely don’t mind the light on it Neil! 👍🏻
Cool😊
Loved the review, but was worried about the cardboard surface, Cuzbo!😮
Would like to see some miter cuts and how good or bad the miter gauge is. Some bevel cuts and fit tests as well. Merry Christmas to you and the Mrs.!
Yes! Kitty shenanigans! love it!
Love your review, on your next video, can you talk about how flat the table top is? Are the miter slots well aligned.. Issues you might have encountered, run time? Is the fence 90 degrees to the table top?
I’m thinking about buying this for fine carpentry, I live in apartments and have a detached garage and I want to go cordless as I only have one 15amp outlet.
Very excited for this table saw.
Thank you!
Hello again, Vince and Vcg
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Very impressive performance by Flex Tools. I'm not sure if I heard you say how much this costs. Having both cord and cordless as an option, all I can say is Wow 👌 Again thank you and Merry Christmas to you and your family 😊
You the MAN .👍🏻🎄🇺🇸
Nah you da man Joseph! 👍🏻
I'm happy with the Metabo C3610DRJQ4M. Picked it up from acme on sale, already have the ac adapter. Great saw. The flex looks nice though 👍
@VCG Construction, When you have a chance, could you do a short video showing the Cutsense technology on the saw? Thanks, Vince, for all the great videos!
10 inch gets you excited huh
Hey, can't blame you ;)
Would love to see if this saw can cut 2" hard rock maple.
Flex is taking over the power tool world
I just bought the metabo table saw on sale for 450. Had no ideas flex was dropping this or I'd have it.
Still here waiting for the 10" to be released. They finally started rolling out the 8 1/4" model a few weeks ago. Couldn't wait any longer and settled for a used Dewalt 10". 😢
Dado Stack?
Interesting Vince 🤔
Very
@VCG what knife did you use in this video for the unboxing?
Flex 💪
I'm more impressed, and animated than you are! I would like to see some oak, cherry, pine, & mahogany!
Very nice and competent saw-is there a base or stand avalaible for it so you don’t have to use a rickety box?
Flex on em'
woohoo- pro , goodnight~))
I want one of these, but can't find it on their site; anyone know where I can get one?
Hey Vince, great review. Your review is better than Clint's review of the Flex table saw!!
*_Wow, thanks!_*
Is there a Turbo button? 😁 Great saw!!!
let's see a test with some Elm and Ironwood
@VCG I told you cuz!!!
@VCG CONSTRUCTION Hey Vince does the AC adapter work on the rear handle circular saw
That’s a good question!
I have the DeWalt 10" table saw but not happy that they didn't include a push button saw blade lock to remove the saw blade. Two tools must be used to remove the blade on the DeWalt. Not sure about the Flex though.
Where did you order it
Let's see it plugged in
Iv never heard of flex but this looks amazing what’s the price point ?
Unfortunately this 10" saw is not available? I called the company, and nobody knew about that model? So where and how is it sold?
My metabo does all that does not have the fancy light but it does every thing the Flex does and does rip 4x4s on a single pass with one small modification but the metabo has a 35 inch max Right and 22 right max left rip and it has room and meat to drill holes that allows you to add sliding miter attachments will bolt to that would be used on shop saws ................. but like with every one of these job site table saws (Milwaukee DeWalt metabo ) all of them the biggest issue the the Rails getting out of whack and needing to be re adjusted causing the Fence to go out of square so we will see in a couple years if there rails hold up time will tell But at least they did it right like Metabo did making it AD and DC powered that AC adaptor will be a huge game changer to the Flex platform and really put them into the contractors market more ......... now all they need to do is make more nailers duplex, metal connector, coil nailers a good timber nailer a sheeting stapler and then they will impress me
Can we get a comparison against the DeWalt? Or Skill Saw?
10 inch table saw? Corded+Cordless??? Man, i'm ready to dump my milwaukee tablesaw!!!!!
Pretty sketchy saw stand ?????
lmao
My ONLY gripe with Flex is the fact that a few of my 5ah batteries are leaking black goo. I hope they warranty them easily. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Yeah same thing happend to me i sent them a message on facebook and they replaced mine also tell them you want flex gear and they will send it free
Buy it from Lowe’s?
Any update of when we can preorder or buy these?
Cam buy the 8 1/4" now. Still nothing on the 10" though.
Good Video and presentation or should we say it’s the Cat’s Meow 🐱👍🧰😍
You'd think for the money it would come with a stand.
So Vince is this gonna be the best table saw on the market?
Number 1
Is that throat plate plastic????
Yoooo @RidgidRon, notification gang in full effect! In honor of you “claiming first”, FIRST, you’re nominated to the elite level of notification squad captain! Now do your duty, share this video with 10 people right now! Thank you for your service!
@@VCGConstruction done
Vince, when does is this available? I need to know how long I have to get my neighbor to buy my Skill I just bought.
2/1/2024
@@VCGConstructiononly for the 8 1/4" 😢 Still no 10" yet.
What is the price?
Guess I'm getting rid of my Milwaukee now, sheesh!
Unless I missed it you didn’t demo the cutsense technology!
what is the release date set for? or even a rough date...not just 2024 lol
2/1/2024
Ay..we all know you are upfront, with that said..do you recommend waiting a bit for a few tweaks with this "pilot" model? In case of recalls...things like that. Thanks for all you do out there🔥 grillin the tool world👊
what does the cat think?
He thinks it's "purr-fect!" 😂
How much is the biggest question ?
I wait 4 years to get the Dewalt 10 inch. And now this. Oh well
I think I see a tool test raw in it's future. I sold my DeWalt cordless tablesaw due to being under powered and chewing 9ah batteries too fast. Plug in is a huge plus
I need this saw badly....going to sell my red one for it
You that unhappy with the Milwaukee?
@@markbills9605 no not at all...i love the milwaukee...i made that comment because of the features the flex saw has....i have all flex tools except nailers, table saw, and mitersaw saw..whenever flex releases their nailers and miter ill be getting those as well
Actually Flex makes a 12ah battery. Costs about $250. Awesome review on a saw I’m interested in. Might return my Metabo corded saw as I’ve not opened the box yet.
Enjoy your videos however it seems like your channel has changed significantly. I really only see occasional reviews and store walkthroughs these days and you've also got that series where your fixing that house. Anyway I have to agree with some of the other commenters, you're a professional and people watch your videos to learn and take your advice you literally done videos instructing people on how to operate this or that I was really shocked to see you using a cardboard box as a table saw stand and think that that was not your best work setting a good example for people who come to your channel to learn. What you have there is literally one of the most dangerous commonly found in shop tools on the market definitely needs to be respected I don't care if it's a sawstop never turn your back on it metaphorically speaking as soon as you think you got it by the balls it gives you a reach-around and takes your balls from you metaphorically speaking.
Very Nice Saw... But this video is the perfect example of how NOT to set a tool unless you really want to have a work accident (tool over a flimsy box, pulling wood from the back, no outfeed support, not crrect working high, etc, etc, etc). 😕
Why would you not take the time to sit the saw on a stable table. Peeps see you doing stuff like that and all of the sudden somebody loses a toe .
Did you start some serious weightlifting? You look slim and jacked
That miter gauge is hot garbage! Just saying……. But then again, most are………
half a mill subs and you're using a table saw on a box ?? Go team safety i guess.
wow our milwaukee saw has been pissing me off maybe this might be an option
wet pressure treated would be a challenge
+@hornconstruction1393 yeah it would, I’ll run it!
