That's what I love about shooting. Being presented with a gorgeous bird, taking your time and bringing it down clean. But more than great birds is the place itself, the scenery and the people you're there with. I've had the chances to see places like Dubai, South Africa and the Great Wall of China, but no where compares to the rolling hills of the English countryside. Keep up the great work and bringing us the brilliant videos for when the season is over!
I migliori video di caccia presenti sulla rete sono i suoi, Jonathan. Raffinati e di una fotografia senza pari, complimenti, continui così. Vito, da Roma.
Always look forward to your videos Jonathan and never disappointed, you have a knack for capturing the ambience of the day with beautiful cinematography.
A fantastic video there again Jonathan and truly excellent to see the ladies enjoying the sport. What I also found brilliant was to see the lady at the start shooting a side-by-side! Fantastic ! Seeing another of your videos has just made my weekend, thank you very much ! Regards, Matt
Another great video. Good to show the close ups of the steel shot cartridges, as duck were on the quarry list. Keep the quality productions coming. Thanks.
SuffolkFarmLife Thanks for your comment. When shooting we always need to show everything correctly thus the close ups on steel and bismuth shells. Thanks again. Jonathan
Jonathan, thanks! You have a great knack of showing why a day's shooting should be fun - the day, not just the shots or the birds killed. Would love to see David Carrie up here on this Northumbrian shoot! He would enjoy, not least the glamorous organiser. The genuine wildfowlers among us might slightly query the duck ..... And, and, one day, would love to see a flatcoat or two picking up. And don't say 'oh yes, with muzzle-loaders'!
David Davenport Thanks for your comment. We all love the days host Mandy, she's great fun. You will be keen to know that we may have some waterfowl films planned in for the future. Thanks again. Jonathan
Potentially the best video to date Jonathan. The quality and production of these videos seem to grow and your talent in this field so far is unsurpassed. Well done!!!
Tim Ward I miss the season too mate, although editing and releasing these films hopefully allows us all to relive some of the highlights. Thanks mate. Jonathan
The usual brilliant stuff a very enjoyable and well filmed video! Looking forward to the conclusion of a Passion for Deer! I hope this series gives you an opportunity to work your photographic skills on all forms of Fieldsports such as ferreting and even pest control like rabbit and fox shooting!
Jonathan - Hello from the U.S. Love your videos! Great production, cinematography and letting the action and subjects "tell the story". True talent on your part putting these together. As a N. American hunter I love to see the traditions you capture from the other side of the pond. Keep up the good work, can't wait for your next production!
Kirk Rasmussen Thanks for your fantastic feedback Kirk. I'm really happy that these driven days are showcased correctly to our American and European audiences. Driven shooting like this can have its negative connotations but these days are not just about the shooting and all game is eaten. Thanks again. Jonathan
Well presented and delightful company, could do with a little of that here in Australia😂 being an Englishman abroad I do miss the traditional english shoots👍
I need to come to one of these shoots and show my one barrel droppers. Black gold carts with the inch magnum cant beat it like. Would be wicked to be on a film too lol.
Wonder how many of the Ladies actually shoot? Oh boy,.......looks like they ALL do. 1:06...The Famous Grouse and Port.......must haves before a shoot like this. 6:27....A truck full of Springers! Best thing to see on a Pheasant hunt. 11:01....This Lady is serious! Not sure of the maker of the gun, but having a finger guard in back of the trigger guard means that she shoots quite a lot. Also the wear on the wood at the receiver and the small nicks on the forend where it mates. Used but not abused. 12:04....Blue shells in UK are what gauge? I imagine most are using 12. An excellent video of a wonderful day in the field.
Jonathan I echo the others, another fantastic film really well produced and highly enjoyable. Have you ever considered a compilation DVD of all the great shoots?
Mike Shakeshaft Thanks for your comments. All our series will be available to purchase when they are completed. A Passion for Deer, A Passion for Fieldsports and High Bird Shooting will soon all be available to buy from our www.shootingphotography.co.uk website. We have many many more series still to showcase and a lot of exciting features, sponsors and collaborations for 2015 season. Jonathan
motomeady hunting nd motocross These ladies sure can shoot. I have been out with them a number of times this last season and we always have a fun day in the field. Stay tuned. Jonathan
excellent film as usual .great to see hear ,see all the background banter.background music so good had to check it was just that and not on tv in other room.shooting ...............not the same quality as film # wealthy women that need to spend some time on clays and shooting leasons. not really a showcase for you or shoot !
cazthebaldfox This is a very traditional, small estate shoot that really does test the shooter showcasing a dozen species in all forms of driven shooting. These women are all very experienced game and clay shots and your prejudice again wealth is completely unfounded as you do not know the subjects or what the day costs. We appreciate all constructive criticism but class and wealth comments based on assumption are not necessary and don't help the fieldsports industry. I hope you enjoy the rest of our series and please stay tuned. Thanks. Jonathan
Enrico Vendemini Thanks for your comment. I agree, this isn't hunting. This is a traditional driven pheasant shoot in England. Check out our A Passion for Deer film for hunting. Thank you. Jonathan
Never can get enough of these videos. Just keep getting better and better.
Mike Proctor Thanks Mike. Loads more to come. Jonathan

What a nice shoot. Makes a nice change from all the big high bird videos. Where was it?
Great video. Have you thought about filming from the beating line before? Cheers from Durham.
Do you shoot lead shot or must you shoot non-toxic shot please?
Anuva brilliant video fuk me them ladies can shoot well
motomeady hunting nd motocross These ladies sure can shoot. I have been out with them a number of times this last season and we always have a fun day in the field. Stay tuned. Jonathan
What estate was this shoot done at and do you allow Americans come over and shoot. Or just locals.
excellent film as usual .great to see hear ,see all the background banter.background music so good had to check it was just that and not on tv in other room.shooting ...............not the same quality as film # wealthy women that need to spend some time on clays and shooting leasons. not really a showcase for you or shoot !

The important thing is that they were enjoying the day, far more important than killing every bird shot at!
At 6:26 back left corner who put Steven in the truck at willashot Bellingham
They are totally different from Americans .
Good video...but this isn't hunt.
Enrico Vendemini Thanks for your comment. I agree, this isn't hunting. This is a traditional driven pheasant shoot in England. Check out our A Passion for Deer film for hunting. Thank you. Jonathan
Ouro
Why do the Brits dress up for hunting like they are going to a dinner party or such? In Canada we wear camo or just regular wear.
Grown men and women playing fancy dress and make believe.
