It was so foggy, that’s why there wasn’t too much shooting going on. It was still a lovely day out. 100% wish I had my waterproof trousers 😂 instantly regretted it
Always do turnips or sugar beets as the last drive on a walked up day if possible. At least that way your boots will be clean when you finish the day 😁
Turnips ,sugar beet walking through anything above boot height soaks your legs even in wellies on a damp mizzly day like that ,but it didn’t dampen your smile tho’ well done 👍

Nice bag size for a smaller day given the weather conditions. Even though I didn’t bring anything down, I still had a lovely day. Good exercise too!

Are the dogs employed as pointers (hpr) or just for retrieving ?
The dogs are used for beating and picking up, I believe only certain breeds point
