Very good Jonathan, I was at the CLA over the weekend and at the Raisthorpe Flyers tent and noticed that on the big screen they were showing a high def video which seemed very much like your handiwork, did you do it ?

Im a newbie here just trolling the shooting videos to learn all I can. Im thinking of getting an FAC air rifle so my question is would it be ethical and accepted in the shooting fraternity to shoot pheasant with an air rifle if the pheasant was on the ground ?
Im thinking of getting an ImpactX air rifle which has phenomenal accuracy so a head shot would provide a good kill shot and would appear to be well within the capabilities of the rifle even at range of 100metres. With a .25 calibre in the FAC version, accuracy and knock down power increases so altogether providing a good clean kill shot. So would using an air rifle to shoot pheasant be acceptable ??
