Sebastian Bach is the singer and hes not only passionate, but his vocal skills are INSANE! He wrote this song about Steve Adler, his friend & former drummer of Guns and Roses. He became highly addicted to heroin. As you can tell, it affected him. Happy to say, he Steve didn't die and git his crap together. Just thought you'd appreciate the song lyrics and his voice. Sebastian Bach may have been the best rock singer of that time. I mean i dont know statistics but even axel rose who was considered to have one of the widest vocal ranges of this genre has said things about Sebastian having a wider range than him in the past.

When Skid Row was great. 30 years ago. 5 singers later, they haven’t had a hit since 1992
they didnt even have a record until 1989 and their last top 40 was in 1995, more like 30 years
