Another parallel is that A-Z are machine/light types and Seto loves his technology while the Magnet Warriors are rock/earth types showing that Yugi greatly loves and learns from history as well as his connection to Ancient Egypt.

I find it hilarious to see that V-Z’s form has X head cannon HOLDING the parts of Z metal tank in its hands to make it look like its arms. I think it’s neat for unique detail, but it just makes it seem like they should just attach to the body like normal
I always thought they were supposed to be like clubs or staffs or something.
I assume x head has 360 rotatable hands and can basically function as an elbow

I have made some cards for it
Like nord warrior it has 500 attack points it can be normal summoned and that's it for that
Nord horse vpm it has 500 attack points it can attack 2 times and can destory any dark monster in the area
Nord shark vpm can be summoned when you destory your vpm monsters it has 1000 attack and can destory any dark monster on the area if it's summoned no matter how much defence the dark monster has but it can only do its ability when it's summoned
And the real boss monster of the deck nord dragon vpm type 2000 when it's summoned you have the ability to destorys all trap or monster or spell but you can just pick one it has 5000 attack 4990 defence with monster reborn you can use its ability to destroy monster or spell or trap when it's summoned and it can go into defence mode where it has 8000 defence but it can not attack when it's in this form
Trap card identity shift if you place this card you can change movement of the enemy's attack and you can attack his or her monster
And spell card surf blast with this all monster and trap and face down card will get destroyed at the same time and that's it I made a broken deck that will get banned
The J monster:
"Joke jammer machine"
Effect: you can target 1 v, w, x, y, or z light machine monster to equip this card to it OR to special summon this equipped card.
If this card is equipped to another monster,that monster cannot attack and cannot change its battle position from attack mode. If attacked, double the battle damage and cannot get destroyed.
I wish they continue this series, to make this into a full "archetype", D to U still not exist yet. Could've be the largest archetype even beating heroes, If D to U existed (with fusions of course).
I would play the whole archtype
They could make the D-E-F combo an indestructible brick wall as a pun on "DEF" being shorthand for "Defense points". Maybe give it 3k defense and some kind of removal immunity or a special effect upon removal

I faced ABC Dragon Buster, that card is a walking arsenal. XYZ was devastating enough, but ABC, you’d better find the right card or else you’re screwed.
Something neat you missed out on is that both the magnet warriors and the XYZ's is that both got a new set of monsters 3 to be exact, both got a bit new monster and both got a ultimate fusion monster combining both old support and new support, and both debuted at the same time in structure deck Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba.
I love A-to-Z. ABC is sick, but the full form is so satisfying to summon

I just noticed that ABC-dragon buster didn't get it's weapons censored, it still has it's canons and missile.
They still probably shoot invisible bullets though

This archetype is so crazy. So many cool cards but jeez, its like lego pieces. Love that transition to the sponsor. The other alphabet could be extra deck monsters too like an link monster or pendulum. The ABC midset is broken in its prime. Power Rangers and Super Sentai is greatly influenced in the cards. Lmao Great job on the video.

Have the last one be called “JK - Juggernaut King”
Effect: can only be special summoned by banishing (face down) all other A-Z main deck cards (Monsters, Spells, and Traps) from your field and/or graveyard. This card is immune to all of your opponent’s card effects and cannot be tributed by your opponent. You must only have A-Z monsters in your main deck at the start of the duel. There really should be a VPN archetype that revolves around cards being searched and blocking them.

I find it funny that in the YuGiOh Meta, both the Valkyrian and XYZ Dragon Cannon base and fusion monsters were considered too clunky to be used in duels, so they had to be retrained into the Berserkion and ABC Dragon Buster base and fusion monsters.

the magnets are really great and fun, but I still would say the machines get better support overall, and can do more than just beatstick.

I actually made custom cards IJK which are based on vectors and are thunder types that power up the machine cards.
You can't help but think of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Megazord transformation sequence.
I know everyone else is just saying how they want new abcs but my main concern was the extra deck sooner or later the extra deck with the new support would just be the entire alphabet on one card

I’m sure somebody said it already, but you forgot Union Carrier. It not only supports Union monsters, but it’s also a truck with carries all the crates from Union Hanger that the A-Z monsters are stored in.

I never noticed that A B and C are colored to match with the type of card the provide protection from, just like the three graydle monsters.
A assault core and graydle eagle are a yellow / orange color for monsters, b buster Drake and graydle alligator are green for spells and c crush wyvern and graydle cobra are purple for traps.
Love it when Konami does that
maybe having all 26 alphabets as monsters isn't a good idea. spells and traps that have the remaining letters like STU would be cool tho

Union hangar is such a strong fieldspell card. It makes it so easy to summon abc. It’s quite harder to summon xyz since x doesn’t have a union effect which is needed to be summon by the fieldspell effect

In a first day of forever we got a trivia thank god yes it's here a new trivia
There's an anime exclusive card called different dimension hangar. The effect is something like this:
"Banish up to 3 union monsters with different names from your deck. If you summon a monster whose name is written in the effect text of any of the banished monster(s) you can special summon that monster(s)."
So basically you banish W Y and Z, then when you summon V or X, you summon their related union monsters from the banished zone.
Broken right? A rescue rabbit and this card in hand equals 5 monsters on the board. Now it's 5 weak union monsters so I reckon it wouldn't break the format if it was printed today. Yeah it's a two card massive combo but you're running 5 garnets in deck.

Also it doesn't work with ABC because they don't say their names in the effect text.

Chazz Princeton. The OG madlad. The YuGiOh writers asked him if he wanted a Dragon deck, a Machine deck, or a troll deck and he just said "Yes.".
If they do the entire alphabet the true A-Z monster could possibly be an instant win condition. You get it out you win, its summoning cannot be negated or whatever but you can't substitute cards like with Holactie, have it specify the materials must be original names

I made an updated Kaiba deck combining his battle city and waking the dragons decks with modern updates (example i replaced XYZ with ABC) i loved that deck so much. Especially when i utilized the defusion effect of ABC and got out obelisk. I also used Critius and all of it's trap fusion cards... Granted the Neo ultimate dragon's effect made me put 3x ultimate dragons 2 twin burst and an alternative ultimate in my fusion deck....just so i could attack 7 times in 1 turn just because i could... Man i wish that deck was more viable, if for nothing else to see the look on someones face when i pull the kaiba variant of "Draw, MONSTA CARDO!"

Hi, I found your channel the other day and i really like these archetype vids. This part of yugioh was always something ive loved about the game. One of my favorite archetypes is the penguin Archetype. Its not a large one but i have a penguin deck based off of it and i really love it. Its based off of Penguin soldier and Nopenguin. My birthday is tomorrow, your reply would be awesome lol
i play both decks and i have realy good win to loose streak 90& wins to 10%loss. but thats why i play them for there fun to play and it makes my opponent think which what they like to see how they need to improve there deck

With A-to-Z, it’s possible to get 15 negates. You just need a full hand (which isn’t terribly difficult with how much they draw), have three of those cards in your hand be Ojamagic, and have all OG copies of Ojamas in your deck (which you can do with Ojamatch and Ojamassimilation).
That sponsorship transaction was smooth prove me wrong.
Hear me out, You start the turn by activating book of eclipse and then through the turn you summon YZ tank dragon to KO all the face down monsters, this also prevents the draw bc no monsters will be face up in the endphase
i just wanna say, that was the *smoothest* transition into sponsorship i've ever seen.
Between the A-to-Z and Magnet Warriors I don't know which one is better, but I know which one has Beta

Ojama has a really good support to make sure Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon goes out on the first turn you can attack.
Three things. First, that ad transition was smooth. I didn't watch the anime since Zexal so I thought you were really on to something there. xD Second, I hope you'd do Magnet Warriors next and Third, is ABC still gonna be OP in duel links at the current state of the game? I feel like this entire archetype should be in the game now.
Hope they put them in and then add a skill that also improve the VWXYZ main deck cards to match ABC. That ex seem to restricted for them though.
You should do a 11 part series on the number cards, 10-15 cards per video.

I wish the new support they had received in the Kaiba SD hadn't neglected the X-Z Monsters. Though, I am glad that Y and Z got errata'd to be better. Now covering card destruction on top of battle destruction.

Soul absorption while summoning xyz or abc is sooo nice gaining 1500 life points each time cards or banished. This card in my opinion should bee included in this video

DEF-ensive Attacker: Select a monster you control; This turn, the selected monster attacks using its DEF value, and the monster's Attack target also uses its DEF value when battling. If either monster has no DEF ( i.e. they're Link monsters), they are assumed to have a DEF value of 0.

In my opinion A-Z dragon Buster cannon is pretty bad because the two monsters used for it are 2x better than it themselves
Kinda wish the older cards get an retrain to make them either similar to ABC or give them slightly better effects like to SS them, use the cards that have original name in their text. So you can use XY dragon cannon fusion and Z metal tank to get XYZ dragon cannon out.

It's weird, this video made me want to see more (greek alphabet) magnet warriors. Mostly because, when I use to play this game, I managed to get a hold of Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Valkyrion.
