great place! That's a place that I would love to drive. It looked like that your truck is a little nose heavy. Track looked cold as well, makes for a unforgiving track.
+Primalx78 Hi, try use more throttle in air to balance the car for less nose dive. when you brake, the nose wants to go down first and when you hit the throttle, the rear end wants to go down first. If that does not help, also try change the shocks rebound, more rebound on the frontshocks and less in the back. Try a setting with half rebound in front and 1/4 - 1/3 rebound in back. Hope it helps and good luck
Glad to see and hear your 5ive-t running good . Man what A awesome track . I too run A 5th scale , love the smell and sound . But there is no track here to race on . As always good driving thanks for the vid .
and yes i got him! Fitted 2 other servo's savox 235 and 236. And installed my futaba 4pksR and took all the telemetry crap out hihi! put in a VRC exaust, and a killerrc superbee killswitch. today did a maiden run about 15 minutes, and it was faster than i thought lol! Tommorow ill bash her!!!!
Wow that thing was pushing pretty good! Sounds mean man!! Very nice track your very lucky, I would be there everyday lol!! What kind of oil did you use for your mixing?
I hate E-word RCs!!! When you said you only do GAS or NITRO RC I felt very proud of you bro!!! Thank god! I thought we were going to loose you like a lot of others but I can tell that your not a fake and doesn't like fake things and only likes real breathing, drinking, and farting real motors RCs! I hope you come back to the hobby. I'm aware you've taken a break but your 5T needs you to rebuild her and give her some new life!! This GAS or NITRO hobby that almost was dead is starting to make a slow comeback . We can't loose guys like you so I hope you comeback !
If you get into 1/10 scale racing sell the house sell the car. I find it alot every time you go out. I love it sold my reall race car and thinking of getting into rc after seeing your post. I did have a clue we had a track like that I Canada being from Toronto I got out of rc because no racing. And that Is a killer track.
We are very lucky to have a track like this in ON, Canada. If you do get a 5ive-T or a DBXL you can sign up for the 2014 season at the RC Acres Facebook page. You can also get more info on all the classes. They will have a new 4wd buggy class, perfect for the DBXL.
Really am thinking about racing or buying a jeep and going off roading just not sure yet. Just time is the thing stoping me from racing also stress of racing money.
Mate.. this is one awesome track.. wish we had this in England. . Dam.. wicked vid

Any tips on how to balance the truck and stop it from nose diving? Or is it just my driving? I might be letting off the throttle to quick.

It is pretty amazing having this track here in Ontario. Not many places to race 1/5 scale RCs. Thanks for watching!
OMG, that track
It's pretty awesome.
The new Losi Buggy is going to look killer on the track..Seen it today at Toys for Boys.. Its Nice and for $1000.00 and you get alot.
They have a new class for this RC in the 2014 season. I am tempted but racing the 2 would be pretty expensive.

Awesome a fellow Canadian. Would be nice to see more 1/5 scale tracks around the world but not many are willing to plunk down $$$ for a 1/5 scale RC.
the poor marshal has a LOT of ground to cover!
ill skip the baja and go direct to the losi i think!
Buying one this summer,cant wait!
Good choice. You may also want to consider the just announced Losi 1/5 Mini Cooper Rally. That kit looks amazing but the price is pretty steep.
Ill look into tht too,thnx!!!!
