- As promised, here is a single from the new album Astrian Trek, which is also the title track. I know many of you have already heard this track as you would've had a sneak peak of this during the crowdfunding campaign. Because of the awesome feedback this track had, I decided to release this for everyone to listen to first!
Once again, thanks to everybody who has pre-ordered the album so far! There is still plenty of time to secure your copy, both digital and physical (CD) format at an awesome price, before it increases after the release. I won't be able to release the full album on any digital streaming platforms for a while, so if you wanna check out the whole thing, make sure you grab it whilst it's at a great price!

I wanna thank everybody I mentioned above for being a part of this album, and for bringing your A-game to get this album in a place musically, beyond what I originally imagined. It's an honour and a privilege to be able to work with such talented artists, and being able to work with some of my favourite musicians. Once again, Alex has perfectly captured what I had imagined this album to be, and emphasised the experimental side of this album beautifully. I wanted this album to be powerful, catchy, emotional, modern, but also classical and almost nostalgic. Most of all, I wanna thank YOU for continuing to support me in all of my endeavours. It was awesome to see how much support I had throughout the campaign, how many of you shared it daily, sometimes multiple times daily, because you wanted to see this album succeed. Although the campaign did not reach its goal, it proved how loyal and genuine you guys really are, and I can't communicate how grateful I am for that. The next mission is to get out and play these tracks for you LIVE!

TJ, you just keep impressing me by just how you've nailed the journy-ish/story/ Ala Satch style songwriting in your own style. I'd also love to know your signal chain. Your tone is my ideal for high gain. It's crisp, articulate, & just the right amount of chunky.

@@JWH91969 the Mayones Aquila? (Blue one) - it’s hard for me to judge the wenge necks because I used one for years, and I own a Mayones with a wenge neck too and they feel great to me. If I play anything else it seems to ‘slippery’ and I often overestimate things so it takes some getting used to. But I do feel I play a lot tighter on wenge necks for whatever reason

Gosh, I wish you were my guitar teacher. All I do is practice and I'm becoming discouraged. Been playing my entire life.
I was contemplating this today. Even after 23 years, I get the odd occasion where I feel I’ve come to a dead end, but with music being so expansive, and guitar alone for that matter, there’s always something that can reignite passion and motivation. For me, I usually explore different genres and search for hidden gems I’ve not yet discovered. Another thing that works for me without fail is watching a live show 🤘🏼
