@@jacobasuncion3132 I would! It comes with a 2jz and it can still fit in with modern cars. It's fairly easy to work on also. Me personally I prefer the 2nd Gen GS300 I love the float like a boat, but handles like a sports sedan feel of it.

I was thinkin the same thing.
Love the HKS Hipermax Coilovers on the Evo, lowered the ride and still rides super smooth. You wouldn't even know it had coilovers. Once I learned HKS developed suspension-like components for japanese buildings to counter earthquakes, I was sold.

Only thing for me with HKS is that, at least in the US, there is hardly ANYONE that can actually tune their new F-Cons. Also little bit that you need to buy the add-ons to those fcons, like the evc boost controller, because they aren't built into their standalone ecus. But outside of that, love everything HKS, and my mk3 Supra has a ton of the old school hks parts in it.
Hypermax 2 and HKS tube exhaust, APEX super AFC, TRD sway bars, injen cold air intake , SSR GT-3 staggered setup on the is300 was awesome setup. Really miss her😭

It's not just hks I noticed alot of old jdm companies are having issues continuing performance parts etc, atleast for the American market things are always on backorder.. 😔

So many counterfeit parts. Hard to tell whats genuine and fake like their ssqv blow off valve.
Unfortunately you're right
The bad part about them is if you buy their parts from anyone but a certified HKS dealer you're probably getting fake Chinese junk. Their parts are constantly replicated, right down to the detail of the packaging with holograms and all.
One of my fave japanese brands. Got hks exhaust and body kit on my is300
