  • For teal eggs - red cabbage
    Yellow eggs- tumeric
    Deep maroon- onions skins
    Pink eggs- beets
    Method:
Use flowers and foliage to imprint pattern on eggs. Wrap tightly with nylons or a cheese cloth to press foliage tightly against the egg.
Add uncooked eggs to pot, add in the produce or spice for coloring. Fully cover with water and add a bit of vinegar. Boil until cooked. About fifteen minutes.
Let eggs cool in water and refrigerate overnight, or at least for five hours.
Gently pat dry and coat with oil to attain a shiny look.

+Counting Blessings I was so surprised at how vibrant the onion skins made the eggs! Is your grandma from eastern Europe?

I be done it but before I store them in the fridge I noticed they are lighter than yours.

You have to leave the eggs for up to 4-5 hours into the liquid, I guess
