Yes! I've been screaming for Frazier's job since 13 seconds. McDermott on the chopping board next if he doesn't improve this team.

Bills are in trouble! Poyer is gone, Edmonds is not coming back, Hyde is old, Von is old, Diggs is old, They need WR2 and a slot WR, need a RB and fix the O-Line 😂 With what money are you going to fill those holes with?
This goes to show are front office is messed up. Frazier ain't coming back, and you can't bring him back, you can't let a guy leave for a year and bring him back. You look at top DC in College and take one. Next year I don't want to see any Nikel Defense, Four Defensive Line every play, all have to be over 300 lbs, and more Man 2 Man. Offense 20 touches minimum a game for rb

It was definitely time to move on. Now we will see if the defensive scheme was more frazier or mcdermott. I'm actually much more excited and optimistic about the season now all a sudden knowing there is going to be major changes on defense as far as personnel and defensive adjustments. Draft OL, DL, WR every year until you hit on a few. Hopefully sign a veteran safety if poyer doesnt get re-signed and on offense hand the #1 RB duties to James Cook.
Exactly! I was not looking forward to this next season at all since it seemed it would be the same coaching staff. With Frazier gone, I'm actually excited to see if we can have a solid playoff defense.

frasier may have been a nice guy but his D was a failure year after year when it counted....be a loyal fan is being loyal to the TEAM and what's best for the TEAM, not a player or coach....

a fan who gets it....loyalty to a player/coach over the team is not a real fan....what's best for the team is all that matters and frazier couldn't get the job done.

I think Frazier going is a good thing I don't think he is coming back to buffalo that will give Shaun McDermott a chance to work with the new DC to get the defense where it needs to be and more aggressive I do believe it gives the bills a slight advantage over other teams they may at this season because now they can't coach based on the bills tendency's teams won't know what to expect I think that is good for the bills now we gotta address o line concerns

Frazier might be the nicest guy on the planet. Dude was a loser as a head coach and a loser as a DC. Literally his defensive scheme reflects his personality. Soft and scared to lose. We need a fucking dog as a DC. No wonder Milano said they had no juice. The players knew how sorry the defensive game plan was and were left for dead. There’s a reason they were so flat. Defense was probably telling the offense all week long “man, y’all gonna have to score 30” offense was pressing and just outta wack. Blessing in disguise.

That literally would have been the worst outcome. Thank Christ Leslie made the decision for our front office, who has never had the balls to make the tough decisions.
After the 13 second debacle in KC the decision should have been made to move on from Frazier. No Bills fan would have batted an eye and you would have a full offseason to get another DC. And 100% agree with running it back being the worst possible outcome... change was needed, just not a good look that Frazier had to be the one to step down. Beane seems to value loyalty over productivity and imo that hurts the team's chances to win now.

If there’s a major flaw of McDermott it’s that he’s loyal to a fault with certain players/coaches.

Then he has his best game of the season against the dolphins in the playoffs and the next game, YOU SIT HIM????????

I think that this was McDermott forcing Leslie out - and allowing him to do it gracefully. Think it's confirmed because Beane said "he's coming back in 2024, but I don't know if it's with us or not, that remains to be seen!" Expectations are high - I think that the defense needs overhauled. With potentially Edmunds, Poyer and Hyde gone to save cap...I think a new voice was/is sorely needed. Change up the scheme.
Change up their schematic philosophy on defense and shift the focus and resources to the offense.

Change of seasons come and they go. Frankly, it gives us an opportunity to move FORWARD ! Along comes a new DC and now teams have to learn the Bills tendencies all over again. Mixing things up can be a good thing because frankly... The Bills have been firgured out just like you said. I look at this in a favorable light. Godpeed to all and that includes our BELOVED Buffalo Bills!

This screams Frazier was told things were changing and he didnt like being told that. Instead of outright firing him they let him sit a year out. The only other option is Fraizer has a health / family issue and they are not talking about it.
Fraizer is a great coach, it's just time to move on!
