my friend! i used to work there part time and my mom works there at that location. i hate to break it to you “it is not OX-TAIL” there is a reason why it is labeled as beef bone soup. we use beef ribs for that soup. but way back before pandemic we use to serve oxtail soup but not anymore coz oxtail is very expensive now. im sorry my friend and to everyone who watches this video “it doesn’t look like OX-TAIL because it is NOT OXTAIL.

We live close to this place back behind the BMW dealership on Sahara and Rainbow. I currently take care of my elderly parents, 80 and 83. They both love this place. It's not the food they love although it's not bad. But it's the staff, they are extremely nice and accommodating to them. All 3 of us appreciate this. We probably go 3-4 times a month when I don't want to cook.
I like watching this as I don’t have the money to eat out and I remember when I could occasionally go out and this reminds me of the good old days. Chinese Buffet is fun.

My brother in law always told me I have to try this buffet as he went with his family and enjoyed it. So the next time we were in Vegas we wanted to try but they were closed down for some kind of health issue they needed to address. I think this was the one on Flamingo. I’ve seen buffets like this everywhere, probably some sort of quiet franchise. This one is better, has more items and is cheaper than the ones I have near me.

these days even a bowl of pho cost 12 to 15 bucks so that buffet is a great deal. restaurants are usually busy on Thanksgiving and Christmas as not every one has family dinner or somewhere to go.
I use my NuWave Oven. One of the reasons I bought it was that my friend told me it was excellent for poultry. Even from frozen. The only limitation for turkey is that it has to be 13 lbs or smaller. The Nuwave really does make any turkey or chicken cone out perfect and moist.

None of those bones look like Ox tail. Looks like ribs or short ribs. Ox tail looks more like spine bones.
