These late '80s Fox promos remind me of the WB promos from the '90s. The WB definitely took some cues from Fox.
I don't remember seeing such IDs on either WTOG or WFTS-TV here in the Tampa Bay Area back then.

Monroe would not get their own Fox affiliate until KARD would switch from ABC to Fox in 1994.
