4:50 note for WLFL 22 (Raleigh): they switched to The WB in 1998, which later evolved into today's CW; Fox moved in '98 to their current home on WRAZ (switching from The WB)...
0:08- Song in KRIV's id is Daddy's Gonna Miss You by Yellowjackets.
These late '80s Fox promos remind me of the WB promos from the '90s. The WB definitely took some cues from Fox.

"This is the year " jingle was also used on the KMPH-TV station id in the fresno area where I am. Cool 😎

Kdaf has been fox for 9 years they moved to WB in July 1995.
Man! Those Fox promos from the 80s look so old! Fox sure is pretty old! Fox has been on the air for 36 years already! Fox will be turning 37 next month! Fox was very old back then. Fox sure is one of America's longest-running networks in history! Even the Fox Network logo looks old, too!
Not as old as NBC at 97 years.

Monroe would not get their own Fox affiliate until KARD would switch from ABC to Fox in 1994.

Um, Fox actually launched in 1986 or 1987, not 1985.
Fox as a network launched in '86, but stations acquired from Metromedia used the Fox branding as early as '85.
