    Was red Barron crunchy I love crunchy sweet tart not soft

      No, its has a melting texture when ripe.

      You should probably get a white peach if you like more crunchy and sweet peach

      I prefer peaches that has low/ none on acidic. That's why I bought 2 donut peach trees, because they are known being one of the sweetest peaches. I also have a red baron mostly for its showing flowers. But based on this clip, you rated the red baron highly, so that's a big plus for me. I'm still not getting why you give it high marks since I don't think too acidic fruits are pleasant for fresh eating and they are not so good for the stomach.
